Lack of help Zero customer service. If you want to cash in US Currency for US Currency you can not. Unless you bank with them. Just one of their policies. Stay with your local CU not this watchdog.

Rude employees. You work as a bank teller, get over yourself ? Also - had my car broken into and purse stolen. The thief spent over $1300 on my BOA card before I turned the card off. BOA gave me the middle finger and stuck me with the thief’s charges. Closing my account Monday, should have done it years ago.

ATM works great. Hardest part is getting in and out of the parking lot/atm. Drive thru service very slow. Most of the tellers inside the bank are very friendly and helpful.

This establishment was very kind and professional! The reviews on here are very old and outdated. The staff and this branch was very caring and knowledgeable. The wait time for me at the moment was only 10 minutes. Very reasonable and straight to the point. Thank you Bank of America employees for all that you do!

Worst bank branch I’ve ever visited. After waiting in a line of 5 people for 20 minutes (expected) I was asked to sit while they verified my check with my company. I sat for 15 minutes so they could verify a $4500 check. After that I was given the all clear and was given $8 less than the check was for. I would have never agreed to an $8 fee to cash a check in a bank from whom the check was written! You waste my time and charge me for it. Poor policies in place create poor exchanges. I will never back with BofA and will continue my relationship with Wells Fargo.

Got lied to by the manager when opening my account. they said when I opened the account, that checks from another Bank of America account clear immediately when deposited I’ve been waiting one to two days per paycheck and I feel scammed and very frustrated. They should have been upfront in the first place. It’s a bank not a car dealership don’t lie just to sell me.

No drive-through!Usually only one teleworking.It’s usually 4 to 5 people sitting at desks not getting up to help customers in line.Horrible customer service for multibillion dollar company.

If i could give a negative star i would! What kind of customer service they got when they take out the drive through banking services. Only have 1-2 people helping the 20 people in line every time I go there. They cant seem to help with much. The only reason I got to go there is because my loan was sold to them. So now ounce a month when I got to go into Bank of America to make my mortgage payment they always try to get me to start a checking account and or credit card with them. Which I think is ignorant because I have been making my payment to them for 7-8 years and use my checking account with a credit union that I have been with for 30 years. If I want to open up an account with Bank of America I would come to them to open it up, they dont need to try to talk me into banking there. It will NEVER happen! why would I subject myself to even more of there terrible customer service?

I went in with my grandma who I have legal guardianship of, to cancel her checking account. The lady that helped me was extremely rude gave me no eye contact completely ignored me like I wasn't even in the room. Even after I told her I had guardianship of my grandmother. Later realized it was because I wasn't wearing a mask because I'm exempt, and it apparently made her so angry that she treated me like trash. Let me tell you, you want to see a demon manifest out of someone don't wear a mask in a place.Later I was helped by Jeremiah. He not only helped me but went above and beyond to make the experience flip 180. And he was very nice to look at LOL super soft spoken. Made me feel welcome and appreciated. I don't really recommend someone getting a bank account here but if you do go speak with Jeremiah. Thanks Jeremiah for being so kind and thank your mom for me. Haha seriously

The new ATM style is terrible for people with hand disfunction. The card slot is too recessed to get close enough and too high unless you're in a big SUV. The ADA was supposed to promote universal design, but this design is horrendous!

They are nice, everything stops at that, they need more information on their loans, CD offers, better management, communication. They need working computers. I recommend a credit union bank.

I went to B of A today, Aug.27, 2018 to cash a personal check, first of all the teller was rude the way she called me up to the window...she said, well come on..i was shocked at her unprofessionalism, second of all i was charged $8.00 for cashing the check because i don't do my banking there or for that matter at any other bank, what pissed me off was while i was endorsing the check she should've asked me if i had an account with them instead of running the check through the machine and taking my fingerprint. I had no choice at that time but to take the money minus $8.00. I told the teller that at their location in Liberty Lake, Wa.i wasn't charged anything so why am i getting charged at this Spokane Valley, Wa. branch??? She couldn't answer my question properly, she said "well i don't know why they didn't charge you and i said well you should know you work here! Lame answer! I was planning on opening an account with B of A with a substantial amount of money but not anymore, i'm afraid they'll want to charge me $8.00! And what i don't understand is that this particular check was their own!! My sister has an account with them. SORRY B OF A BUT YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING MY BUSINESS!!!
