Easy parking and helpful respectful consciences employees that are eager to help you whether it's opening an account or getting a loan approval or simply managing your bank account. I also enjoy the updated ATM machine they have in the Drive-Thru line it's a pretty sweet new machine totally up to date and nice machine. Also the wait time when going through the drive-thru is relatively quick and smooth going overall Pleasant business to frequent when needing to manage my banking affairs

I originally started out with Farmers and Merchant Bank, a nice small farming community bank and I loved them. But of course then they were bought out by Banner Bank who has consistently bought out every smallbank in WA. And the bigger they get the worse they ate. After hours customet service is non existent. You might as well talk to a robot for the help you will get. Just scripted worthleds rrsponses and no answers!

Irate is an understatement to how I feel. Unless I am SEVERELY misunderstanding the conversation I had with an employee, then I have to wonder why, WHY a wire transfer would be rejected FIRST, and LATER I would receive a call about it. It was INCREDIBLY important that I received that money, beyond what their teller/ customer service rep. may have realized. But the point is, they should NOT be rejecting transfers without consulting the account owner first, regardless of the reason for rejection. Now it may take days to get it sorted...deeply considering changing banks because none of the info on wire transfers was EVER made clear to me when I was calling every week to see if anything unusual was pending. Huge ball dropped by them in my opinion. May have cost me a lot more than the money they rejected from going into my account.

I've had an account and a credit card with banner for many years. Recently switched to becu because of interest rates and perks. But I'd like to give a shoutout to Teresa at the Sullivan branch. She helped me finally resolve a year plus long issue I was having with the credit card points and redeeming them. She called the company for me and got me my redemption, finally a year later!! THANK YOU TERESA YOU ARE AWESOME
