You guys were absolutely ridiculous. When it came to me you guys tried to charge me a couple hundred dollars because we got stuck in there till 9:05 one night and now there's a little pile of garbage that somebody needs to put on a dustpan cuz he didn't have one to pick up and I got to pay $120 a month for that. So no I wasn't happy

All around great place! I just dont approve of being forced to have insurance for my unit, i believe it should be my choice if i want my belongings protected . Would have gave 5 stars if wasnt for that!

The staff is nice but the security is bad. My storage had the lock cut off and a snow blower was stolen. When I tried to get a video they said the camera that was on my unit wasn’t working so I couldn’t file a police report. They raise the prices every 6 months and wouldn’t give an exception on the raise even after that.

Great facility. The only problem is that they raise the monthly price annually $5-$10 regardless of how long I’ve had my unit or that I always pay on time.

Barker storage the app is easy to use when we go see them in person they are super friendly and quick to answer any questions will continue to use them and refer them to people

Stored here for a little over 2 years, never had any issues. Any time I needed to speak with the staff they were friendly and helpful!

There are frequent price increases. There are no mirrors on the ends of the units so you can't see others when taking corners. Need later gate time access as 9pm is way to early in the summer. There is a $75 fee to get in plus a $75 fee to get out after 9pm. Overall, would recommend.

Not a horrible storage unit but communication is non existent and if you move out early they do not reimburse the remainder of your rent but say the prorate SMH they essentially stole over $100 from me
