“Very impressed by their customer service. I showed up randomly to see if they could look at a used bike that I had purchased somewhere else that was having some issues and the gentleman who helped me looked at it right away and fixed the small issue. When I inquired about the cost he very kindly told me there wouldn't be one. I'm just blown away by the fact that I had never been a customer there before and still recieved such great service.
