I would like to take the time to recognize Shelbie for her consistently excellent customer service at this Burlington location. Over the past month, I’ve visited the store several times and have interacted with Shelbie at checkout on more than three occasions. Every single experience has been positive. She is always friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming, which immediately puts customers at ease.

Burlington is the best. They have such a big selection of home decor, blankets etc. I just got a 7x9 rug there for $60. Its huge.

I would give five stars, but given the experience that I had with their employee named Candria, I may not return. She's very rude and has horrible customer service skills. She had no desire at all to help whatsoever, and when asked the question she was acting like she was being hassled. She pretty much brushed me off and told me to basically go find another employee.... Given this experience although I love the store and the whole layout and help of other employees, but my customer experience given by this one girl makes me not want to return!!!

Shopped out for school clothes and supplies. Staff were great. Minimal wait time at the registers. Some isles are really narrow.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever had during my stay in Spokane. The store was quite limited with items but I did happen to find a few good deals. My luggage was lost at the airport which is why I had to shop later at night. During my shopping experience between 8:19-9:15pm on August 25th not one employee asked if I was finding everything ok or even smiled. When I got in line to purchase 2 employees were helping one customer figure out her transaction. Meanwhile there were several employees walking around near the register. An employee rang up a purchase before helping me and the customers behind me in line. I assume she was the manager on duty because she asked if the other employee, who was wearing sunglasses could ring me up. When I arrived at the register there was no conversation just complaints about the employee he works with. Then, he dropped on of my items on the floor and didn’t apologize. He took off the security tags and rang me up. When it was complete he set my receipt on my pile of clothes (not folded nicely and the scanner was tangled in my purchase. No “thank you for shopping with us” or “have a good night” …Literally no thought or care given. It was very apparent he wanted to go home and did not seem to care about the customers or employees he worked with. On the way out I dropped and broke one of my purchases because they did not offer me a bag either. I am appalled since one of my friends frequently shops here and gave this store good praise. Not sure if it was just an off night or what but someone needs work on this entire stores customer service because it absolutely sucks.

Used to be my favorite store,but not anymore. Annoying security, I have to listen his stupid presentation every time I'm coming, and he's just wasting my time. I feel like I entry to the jail, not to the store. I don't see any reason to visit that store anymore, even Ross, next that store way better than that. Never gonna back to shopping in that store anymore
