“Doors got messed up in power outage and manual releases were used and all needed reset. Called Precision and Jason O was on site within 90 minutes. Very professional attitude and got right to work resetting the first door. I asked if he would mind teaching me how to reset the parameters myself. He was glad to [patiently] teach me, as well as assist me in writing down the specific steps. Then in 100 degree heat he guided me though the process on the second door, and made sure I understood the steps. His customer service was awesome. And the extra 10 minutes that time he spent teaching me to do simple adjustments myself is invaluable to both Precision and myself by saving everyone time and money. Cost to me; ZERO.
