I was buying a new car for my kid and these guys answered the phone in a professional manner unlike the other 2 places I called earlier and got me in to look at the jeep I was buying the same day. Mr. Levi and several others looked at the car free of charge and got me out of there within 30 mins. I will be using them for future repairs as well. Good customer service and professionalism. (Posting this on behalf of my dad, who wrote it): "I bought a 1988 F-350 new with a plow and small dump bed. It served me well over 30 years. But then, in the last two years wouldn't start or wouldn't keep running. I took it to four different mechanics in the Valley without success. It was far too useful to junk, so I tried one more. The head mechanic at Car Works on South Dishman Mica Road diagnosed the problem almost immediately and it was repaired within a day, at a very reasonable charge. He had worked on these as a young man and noted that most mechanics today couldn't fix anything unless they could plug it into a computer. It is now running like a top."
