I've now worked with Jason and team twice for home purchases. They make the home financing process very simple, walking us through each step of the process and responding promptly to our questions. For our most recent purchase, they were able to work with our accelerated schedule and got everything ready ahead of time. Finally, Catlin Capital offered the best rates compared to other lenders I checked with. It's been a pleasure working with them.

We have done several refinancing deals through Catlin Capital and highly recommend them to all our friends and family. If you live in the PNW and have home financing/refinancing needs, it would be reckless to not check with this company first.
