We are from Kentucky and have traveled the entire way to Washington by car. We had been refused service at several motels for being either too late or too early to check in. We were exhausted. We stopped here at a whim to use the bathroom and get some gas. The cashier, a tall gentleman with a great personality, directed us to the bathroom and was patient while we made our selections. We couldn't get pump 2 to work and had to go back inside for help. It still wouldn't work, so we were going to move to a different pump and out comes the cashier. Of course, we think that we've done something wrong (as we are in unfamiliar territory). No, the cashier came out to assist us in our troubles and it ended up being a pump issue after all. He made sure that we were taken care of without protest or complaint. 10/10 recommend this guy (we don't have people like that where we're from as most would've ignored our struggle). Thank you!

I’ve been patient with this business but they have gone too far. They always are subpar but I am just sick of them always being rude to me. Today I got drinks and said may a get some bags. He responded that I should say please and implied I was rude. They are always rude and “ may I get” is polite. This place just sucks. I get my gas here and will not anymore. I would advise against getting anything from these pigs.

I got gas and a beverage. The beverage quenched my thirst and the gas powered my car. So I was satisfied. He/She was polite and gave me the correct change. It was all very forgettable.... Which is good for this kind of thing....

This location is selling counterfeit BIC lighters that are only HALF FILLED with fuel. I can tell because when you shake it, it has as much fuel as the lighter I was I already have, that I have been using for a month already.I purchased 2 lighters, only 1 had the barcode sticker, the black lighter had no sticker on it and has scratches up the sides.You can see an oil colored rectangle shaped film over the logo. And the bottom of the lighter has markings that don't match the real bic. (3rd pic shows real bic and "new" lighters, new is on the left[note the bb refill spots are different also]) Furthermore, responding to the response.. fake bic can be bought for less than 10cents, real bic lighters from bic, are 1$ ea when purchased in bulk. That's a huge difference.

The best gas station in town. I have been coming in here for almost a year now and I have never been disappointed. The lady that works in the morning is amazing and super helpful. I never used to buy vapes from gas stations because their are so many counterfeits but I have never received a faulty device ever since I started buying it from there. Also not to mention one of the best pricing out there. I normally go into buy a vape every week or so and they always have something new. Their selection is amazing and honestly one of the best I have seen at a gas station. Keep up the good work guys.

BEWARE!!!! Every single time I go in there they short change me .check it out they rip every customer off by at least a couple cents and I'm sure at the end of the day it adds up.tonight I went in and just like always again he short changes me and I noticed that they put the cash register where u can't see ur total tonight I bought a pack of 8 dollar cigarettes the Eagle 20s and he still charged me over 10 bux.these people for sure think we are dumb americans.and they need to be reported for short changing people and over charging I will not go in and make any purchase from this store .altho they are owned by the same guy all thru spokane.ill go across the street.u can see the prices,u can see the register,and I don't get short changed and the staff are very nice as well.

very rude & racist, accused me of stealing because i’m hispanic and chased me out the store harassing me i felt very disrespected so i called the cops & they did not care they did nothing at all.i really do not recommend coming here the way they acted was very disgusting.

To the man who was working behind the counter at around 8:30 pm on 1/12/2023, I was in line waiting while that woman was screaming at you about her EBT card.I could see the pain on your face at her angry words afterward, and I just wanted to let you know that You are so kind every single time I have ever been there. You are not stupid, and you deserve to be treated better by your customers. That woman’s behavior was completely out of line. I hope you have a better day today. Don’t let ignorant, angry, miserable people take away your light and your smile.

They sold me a faulty ELF bar, came back within 12 hours to replace it and they refused. Said it's not their problem. So disappointing. Never coming here again
