We are from out of town and on a family road trip vacation when we ran into unexpected car trouble and pulled into the first place we could find. We were really luck that it was Clarks. They got us in right away, got the parts ordered, and had our car fixed the next day. Their staff was super friendly, and they got us back on the road and back to enjoying our vacation. Most importantly, they didn't take advantage of out-of-towners who were in a tight spot. If I lived in this area, I would take my cars to them. Thank you again Clark's! From the friendly Canadians!

Have a vehicle for pre-purchase inspection, Clark's told everything is fine and they can fix a minor oil leak. Positive to buy. Then I did, but now I have three things breaking down including a major oil leak expensive to fix. However, I fix them now at different shop bec of better price and trust.

Awesome Shop, best customer service around. Called late afternoon and they got me in and completed tires and alignment without any delay. In and out in under 2 hours. They will be my go to shop from here on.

Well I heard a lot of good things about this place but what I heard wasn't right. On the phone I got treated with respect but when I got there it was a whole different ball game . I would like to get in contact with the owner so that I can talk to him myself. I was disrespected there by one of your employees. And it wasn't cool I'm a customer not an enemy. Maybe because of my race. I felt stereotype.

Sorry for this lengthy explanation. But it is needed, to explain why I am so upset!
So, we took my rig in simply for a DIAGNOSTIC. We were told at 8:05 a.m. when we dropped it off that it would be an hour for the "diagnostics." We were NOT told that there were cars ahead of us or that he's not sure when they'll get to it. We were told, "it'll be an hour for the diagnostics." !!
Says 8:03 a.m. drop off on the receipt. After hearing nothing, AT ALL, 4 HOURS later... at 12:22, I called them! I was told what was wrong with it. It needs a tune-up, & that there was water down in where the spark plugs are, that had caused rust in there. Ok. Good to know! He then says they'd need to spray some W-D 40 down in there & keep it until Tuesday for everything to dry up. This was on Thursday! ? We get home & tell my daughters boyfriend this info & he is just baffled beyond belief with what I was told. So I called them back so he could talk to the mechanic himself. I could tell whoever we were talking to didn't have a clue about what was going on with my car. So I asked him.. "Are you familiar with what's going on with my car?" And he said,"No, Ro is the one who had been working on it & he's on lunch right now." I said, "ok. Can you have him call me when he's back from lunch?" "Sure. Of course." he says. That was at 1:53. I never got a call back. We got tired of waiting, so we just went in & asked to talk to him. He never came up front. The guy at the front desk had to go out to his car to get his phone to show us a 'picture' of the spark plugs & rust. He did say that there could be more issues once they take the sparks plugs out because of the rust, etc. (In my opinion, a tactic to try & scare us off from doing the work ourselves at home) But after the 3 of us talked about what we wanted to do... we told the guy we were just going to take it home & my daughters boyfriend was going to attempt to do it himself, & that if he ran into any issues that he didn't feel comfortable with, we'd tow it back. Then, at that point, he said, "They might be booked out a week or more. (IMO, another scare tactic to get me to leave it there & have them do it?!?) lol
I don't drive a whole lot, so no biggie to me! So we tell him we're just gonna take it home. He goes back to the shop & comes back & says... "he's gotta put it back together & he needs 2-3 hours." My daughter says, "ok, we're gonna run to Lowes & be back at closing?" He says, "Well, he has a Dr appt he has to get to in an hour & wants to know if you can pick it up in the morning?" Are you fu%$#ing kidding me!!?? I was told at 8:03 that MORNING it would only be an HOUR!! And they couldn't have the decency to make sure my car was at least ready by the end of business hours!!?? YeahNoooo!! NEVER again!! I wish to God I would have listened to what the guy across the street at Les Schwab had said to my husband when he went in looking for new tires. The guy told him he hasn't gotten ANY good reviews about this place & that he recommends the place next to Zips for any automotive/engine type work. I honestly thought, & even told my husband, " Really?? They're right across the street from each other... they both sell tires... AND they're competitors. Of course, he's gonna say something like that." Soo, I decided to give this place a shot. And, NOW we know better. So, we buy everything we need for the tune-up. My car was taken apart, worked on, AND put back together in less time than we were told that would be needed for them just to get it put back together!! I am soo pi$$ed that I was told it would be "AN HOUR " for the diagnostics ... yet they had the friggin nerve to tell me they had to keep it until the next morning!? I don't give a rats a$$ if the guy had a Dr appt! If you'

My husband and I are traveling in our motorhome with a tow vehicle. Our car’d brakes were having a problem. We were only going to be in town Saturday and Sunday and started calling everyone. We cannot recommend Clark’s Tire and Automotive enough. We spoke to Otis on Friday night who told us to come in on Saturday and they would take care of us. Brandon was in the office on Saturday morning and was aware we were coming. They took care of our brakes issue and did a couple of other things for us at such a reasonable price. They even came and picked my husband up at the campground to drive back to the shop to pick up our car. Who gives that kind of service anywhere? Clark’s tire and automotive does! When you are traveling and having an emergency you pray you find someone like them. Thank you all very much for everything!

?**DON’T GO HERE**?
Went to Clark’s a couple of weeks ago for an oil change. My car *was* running completely fine, better than it ever has; and not even 3 hours after going in for an oil change, it had the check engine light on.
After 20min they came out with a massive list of things that were wrong with it “shocks need replacing, all the fluids flushed, spark plugs, shocks, struts”- you name it!! (a lot of which had been replaced not too long ago). They said there was oil leaking into the antifreeze, problems with the head gasket & radiator- which *were* all fine- prior to going into Clark’s. Now, my car has fully broken down, and had to be towed.
*** I got a professional opinion from a mechanic, and he said that the radiator line was CUT, not cracked, cut!
Go here if you want to pay overprice, to have your car messed with by shady pushy people who want your money. The old owners were better. I’d rate it 0 stars if I could.

Heard a commercial and made me think of the one time I used them after a family member had something done.. Had my truck in for three weeks and never looked or touched it. Well they may have moved it a few times but I had work to do so I took it back and took it to green tech garage a week later. Took them 2 days
