This review would be 1 star if it weren't for the amazing customer service lady I spoke to on the phone after the incident. I normally shop at Safeway, where they have plastic bags for 8 cents, but the 8 cent fee is waived if you're on EBT, which I am. Walmart has fully done away with plastic bags due to the bag ban, which I fully support, but there still needs to be a system for people who can't buy reusable bags, wether that's plastic bags that you can get upon request or waiving the fee of the reusable bag for EBT users. Anyway, I went to the woman running self check out and asked if they have any plastic bags anywhere and explained that I'm on EBT and can't buy a reusable bag. She said that they don't, and there was nothing she could do for me, so I asked for a manager who might be able to waive the bag fee for me or even get me a garbage bag/empty box that they might have lying around. She refused to get me a manager and kept repeating that they can't give me a bag. Kept begging her for a manager, and she kept refusing, so I finally turned to two other employees who were nearby and asked them if they could get a manager for me, which caused the woman I was speaking to initially to yell "WE CANT GIVE YOU A BAG" which is when I finally retaliated and yelled back "I'm just asking for a f***ing manager at this point." The other employee went and got a manager for me, and I explained the situation to them to the best of my ability (was fully in tears by this point) and the manager went and found an empty produce box that I could use and helped me pack my stuff into the box. I sat in my car for a while to cool down before deciding to call to file a report, and the woman I spoke to on the phone was an angel. She said that she thought they had a system in place for this specific instance (EBT users not being able to afford bags). She was trying to help me calm down because I was still crying, and she said she knew exactly who I was talking about and that this wasn't the first time that something similar has happened with that same employee. She informed me that she would be talked to and ended the call with genuine concern for me and my well being. I was never trying to get anyone in trouble by asking for a manager in the first place, I was just hoping that they might have some way to over ride the fee for EBT users, or at the very least, a garbage bag or box I could use. I am the last person to lash out on a minimum wage employee, so I don't think it was fair to be treated the way I was. 10/10 for the customer service woman I spoke to, 0/10 for the self check out employee.

This is the biggest Walmart I've been to in years. Wow, toys, housewares, clothes, electronics, hardware, food! Not as many boardgames as Target but lots of other toys. We bought some of everything. It's a one stop shop for all your needs. We'll staffed and I could get my questions answered about merchandise. Friendly too and checkout was quick for all the shoppers there. Great store that is well stocked and more importantly well staffed, who seemed happy to be there, like us!

Waited for more than half an hour for a one item pickup order. When I called in to make sure they'd received my order they were short and hung up on me.

I love this Walmart! I always go to pick up extra goodies and the employees are always so friendly. :)

There's never any people to check you out, the self check out is a joke. The meat quality and produce quality is absolute trash. Those rock-bottom prices aren't that good actually. They usually don't have anything I would buy anyway

As if there was another reason to dislike Walmart, I unfortunately I have another. They used to be that deposit a check cost $3.74. Now they also charge you a four dollar fee to cash the check before you deposit it whether or not you get any cash back. So they've doubled the price or depositing a check. In this case the check was for $160. So instead of paying 2 1/2% of the value to cash it now it's up to 5%. Leave it to Walmart to find a way to screw the poor even more.

I wouldn't even leave a 1 star review for this store. I witnessed racism and am very appalled by what I seen at this store. Here we are in the this world fighting for equality for all and then you see this. I saw a young girl( possibly Hispanic) and assuming with her family purchasing some items in the self checkout. She asked the worker for a bag ( guess there is a bag shortage). Meanwhile the Walmart worker Janelle told her no, that there was a bag shortage. The young girl started putting her stuff in her cart. I watched the worker Janelle come up to me and ask me if I wanted a bag and several other Caucasian people around me all while this young girl was told no. I only had four items I didn't even need or want a bag. The other guy had several plants that she offered a bag too. I even saw a man putting beer in to a bag that had several bags stuck to it yet he wasn't questioned. This young girl was being glared at and basically harassed by the worker all because she asked for a bag. Why was this worker so mean to this young girl and why? I hope the managers at the Sprague Walmart check their cameras and see the poor customer service their staff is providing to their customers. This happened today at 6/12/2022 at around 4:30. I will not be going back to this particular Walmart as I am offended for this young girl being treated poorly.

I have been subscribed for a few months to their grocery delivery service. I've had nothing but issues with walmart delivery. There has never been same day service much less delivery in an hour as they so often advertise. Items available when ordered are missing from the order when delivered cited as 'not available'. And thats been with all but few orders. I even recently had a $20 charge to my bank I have no clue what it is for. But when I call, I get someone in the Philippines. Why is an American company giving these jobs to out of country call centers?! I dont want to financially support that. I've not gotten that refunded because they can't find the receipt on their end. Atm Im waiting for a delivery that was scheduled to be delivered an hour ago. The website is sitting on 'preparing'. When I called the store direct a young man said his team manager was on break and needed to call me back because he doesn't know. Its been an hour and Im still waiting for the team leader that was on a 30 minute break. I am autoimmune with a chronic fatigue condition. I can't just run out and get much needed items. I can no longer count on much less trust this service.
