Amy with the pretty brown and blonde hair with brown eyes was SO NICE! Give her a raise. I was being completely indecisive, and she held her patience with me as I went back-and-forth to the dressing room. She told me all about the sales that were happening and helped me select a few pieces of jewelry for my date tonight. If I was her boss, I’d give her a raise. Praise Amy. -Z and Eddie

Just went to return a romper I purchased yesterday and was told they do not give refunds. I asked for a store credit. They don’t do that either. When I purchased the item yesterday, the girl at the register told me I had “14 days” for this item, but my jewelry purchase was a final sale. At no point did she state their business does not provide refunds or store credit. Horrible customer service.

My wife bought a dress that didn't fit. Tried to return it but they kindly showed us the bottom of the receipt that says no refunds or exchanges. Plus they left the security tag on. No exchanges, that's horrible.
