Beautiful apartments and everyone - staff and residents - is so incredibly friendly. The food is wonderful and plentiful. There are fun activities. And Amanda is famous and makes sure everything runs smoothly.

We are an apartment community in Spokane Valley, under new management. As a privately owned and operated community, we feature 42 GROUND-LEVEL unfurnished apartments, with several floor plans that provide the finest living in Spokane Valley. Each residence is light, spacious, open and quiet, with central heat and air.
