I needed to have a catchers mitt web re-laced before a game in a few days. Dallas was so incredibly helpful and said he would make sure it was done by the game day. He ended up not having the adequate equipment in store to complete it in the way he was hoping, the day before, because it was such worn glove, so he found another solution to make sure we wouldn’t go without a glove on game day and even took the time to educate me about what kind of tool and lace to order for a glove like this, because I told him I wanted to try and work on the old glove myself just to give it a go. Above and beyond customer service and so kind. Would highly suggest Dallas for your glove care needs.

Google says there is a fishing selection but none in store, plus there is no price on anything, they want $80+ on some crap foam bag. Plus the helper has a mightyer than thou attitude. Never shopping here

Re Spokane valley. Great place to shop! We went in to check out a Pelican kyak that was on sale. We were acknowledged within 5 minutes & she called an associate to assist us. A nice young man lowered it, let me try it out & took it to the checkout. Another associate lifted it & carried it to our truck. It has been a long time since I have had such excellent service! They have won me over!

This is one of my favorite locations. Everytime we have been in here, the staff is amazing. Especially Van in the baseball department. He has helped us multiple times and is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They are lucky to have him on their team!

Spoke and worked with Brycen at the counter. When giving him my phone number for my rewards, he couldn’t locate it. Showed him my card Id # and said he can only look up my rewards by my number nothing else. Called in and Spokane to a lady and she told me the same thing.
Educate your employees to know how to look up and use your rewards system. You can look up rewards by phone #, account # and first and last name. But because this team is uneducated and not properly equipped and doesn’t even know their own system, I just spent over $350 dollars and was told to open a new account because they don’t know their procedures when I’ve had one for some time being. Terrible experience and very embarrassing from the management staff that your employees are that clueless.
