Brought my car here because my brakes were locking up and all they did was bleed my brakes which wasn't even the problem and charged me over $500 dollars. Couldn't even figure out what the issue was. These guys are absolute jokes and will suck your wallet dry. You're better off taking your vehicle to A-1 Auto Repair on Napa or Northwest Automotive on Pines. I took my car to A-1 after here and they diagnosed it almost immediately and fixed everything for a much more reasonable price. Please save yourself the headache and never bring your car here.

Tiffany and all the employees that I encountered were very noligable and very friendly i would recommend dishman dodge to my family and friends. Great staff 👍

Absolutely trash service department. Luke and Marcus are inept at their jobs and communication is non- existent. Won't take accountability for anything and will deflect blame. By far worst experience at a service center. Don't bring your car here for service.

200 miles after an oil change, my jeep was DOA. No warning light, had battery charge - just dead. (2016 piece of cr@p - will never own another jeep) Called ahead and they said to have it towed in. FOUR BUSINESS DAYS LATER, NO CONTACT OR RETRN CALLS FROM DISHMAN JEEP SERVICE - DID I MENTION IT'S BEEN FOUR BUSINESS DAYS??? Having it towed to Idaho for actual service as soon as I can get a ride there and retrieve my fob.

Recently had my Ram 2500 in for routine service as well as a minor repair on my Ram Box. Very happy with all the folks in the service center. Getting an appointment was easy and prompt. Their staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the process. Tawny White was a pleasure to deal with.. she went out of her way to keep me informed throughout the repair and actually rolled up her sleeves and assisted the mechanics... who were also great. I will definitely be using these folks in the future when needed.

The service people were very nice and friendly. $221 for a replacement key is beyond ridiculous. Another $65 to program it. WOW! Ordered online for $42.00 for 2 keys. I know the dealership is a little bit more for quality service but WOW!

BE AWARE OF GIVING A FREE HARD INQUIRY FROM THESE LIARS Terrible service, unprofessional, don't care about customer/potential buyer, what they want is to rip you off. Let me tell you about my experiences with this horrible dealer. Found a Rubicon 4XE we like, so I went ahead with their online buying process on their website because I live in Seattle. * Monday morning, I submitted all the documents required for processing the finance application, which should take less than 15' as stated on the website. However, I received only a phone call in the afternoon from a salesperson, who urged me to come in and do the application onsite?!?!?! I told him I couldn't do that and asked for photos/video of the car; he said he would send it right away, but nothing * Tuesday, I sent them another message about the buying process and asked for a deposit if they wanted. Received only the photos/videos in the afternoon without any answer. Then my credit monitor alerted a new hard inquiry from them. They did a credit check without any confirmation or letting me know they did that?!?!?! * Wednesday afternoon, I started receiving a few messages asking about something on our credit application. At 5:12 PM, they said it was approved, but at 5:17 PM, it was sold by someone else. They even said they couldn't take deposits because it's WA laws?!?!?! So it took them three days to process a simple credit application which should take only 2' and less than 15'. LIAR, don't believe anything they said or promised. They just want you to come in and then play game with your financing options. I ended up with a hard inquiry on my credit score after wasting time with them. The Rubicon was still available on their website when I posted this review. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY A LIAR. Shout out to CODY STEWARD, the salesperson who never replied to any message online, and CLINT R TAYLOR, who needed three days to process the application and found out someone sold it.

Brought my 2021 gladiator in for service and complaint about engine noise and transmission issues. Got a call 3 hours later everything is fine. Started car noise still there. Even told them it was lifter but they still said everything is fine. Drove of the lot and gear got stuck in second. Brought it to Dave Smith Kellogg and Findlay Post Falls both said obvious lifter noise and it's a common issue. Now they ordered parts and engine head will get rebuild and possibly need an entire engine. No question I will take my cars elsewhere. They probably would have let me drive it till out of warranty. The noise is super obvious any hobby car guy would have diagnosed this. Do not rely on their word or just take your business elsewhere.

Keith and his team in the service department really saved our trip to Spokane!! I can't thank you enough for taking such good care of us! I'm so relieved to know we'll have a safe trip back home. They squeezed us in finished the job so quickly. Just wish we lived closer, we'd take all our business there!!
