I cannot heap enough praise about our experience with Dryer Ducks. Michael, the technician, not only replaced the dryer ducting in our unit, but took the time to explain and show the parts and process behind the badly needed repairs. As we surmised, our dryer was not generating heat due to a large amount of lint accumulation within the ducting. He reaffirmed what I had suspected, that indeed the heating element was probably inop due to this issue. My wife and I are managers of a condo community, and we have had to deal with many companies to address our maintenance issues both within the community, as well as for our own personal needs. We can attest that many companies fall short of the professional standard as we have witnessed with Dryer Ducks. The whole process from the initial contact to prompt scheduling and follow up has been very impressive. We would highly recommend Dryer Ducts for any ducting issues that you may have! If Michael is representative of the quality of the technicians in their employ, you will be similarly impressed with the results.

The young man was like a quick cat!! on the roof and back to dislodge my stuck dyself brush. Then, inside to finish the job, I failed at!!!! My dryer duct is breathin easy!!!! He reinstalled the pipe to the dryer guickly. It took no time. No muss or fuss!!! I really hired a pro this time!!!!????

My dryer duct was 95% blocked and Dryer Ducks fit me in and thoroughly cleaned it to the top of the roof. Michael did an extraordinary job and now I'm planning to have all the duct work done in my house. My house is 27 years old and I've never had the ducts cleaned. More than fair pricing was an added perk! I highly recommend!

I have used this company twice over last couple years.I highly recommend them!!!I did extensive research on the details of how duct cleaning is done prior to having my first service.Be aware....there are a few different methods companies use. Some will simply blow in one side and vacuum from other side. Some won't even snake vacuum entirely through your ducts.Dryer Ducks, more importantly, uses an agitation brush at tip of hose to ensure all debris is loosened and removed as they snake hose through entire duct system.Their prices are very reasonable and the customer service is absolutely top notch from the moment you inquire about services to the very end.They responded very quickly and they even gave reminders email/text beginning days before your schedule service right up to notifying you that the tech is in route.I cannot think of one thing they could do better because they literally have it all covered.The techs are knowledgeable, thorough, kind and respectful.Sam did my service today. My home and neighborhood was effected by wildfires a few months ago. So I also opted to add the neutralizing odor / disinfectant along with standard cleaning.I can absolutely tell the difference right away. The air is free of dust or smell.Thanks to all the staff at Dryer Ducks of Spokane WA.
