Very disappointed in the 1/2 beef we had processed here. Sloppy cuts and a lot of silverskin present on majority of cuts. Stew meat with 3 and 4oz chunks. Night and day difference compared to previous experiences and not in a good way. Would not recommend

My steers they butchered tasted like the freezer was off, I had to throw my meat out and am still hearing about the taste of that meat today, the meat both smelled bad and tasted bad, this was a 15 month old steer, I also had 2 pigs processed and gave them to my kids again, a rancid smell was present and was easily identified in the taste, a lot of money and meat wasted here. Will not be back

Our family has used Dunham’s for over 4 decades. What pleases us the most is the double shrink wrap. The meat lasts a lot longer in the freezer and you can see what it is by looking at it. The family atmosphere dealing with Terry and Julie, who currently own Dunham’s, makes it fun. We have butchered 5 beef and 5 hogs a year for our customers and in 40 years have had only one complaint but that customer still uses Dunham’s for his beef.

1,300 lbs of meat from 2 cows received 1 tri tip 1 1/2 lb, no tender lion at all. The T-Bone steaks were missing the best part, missing other cuts also. When we called to see if we missed a few crates of meat they said no. Not impressed ??

They lost my 1/2 of a pig and offered to replace it along with cutting and wrapping. I trusted them to hold true to their promise which they did not. Everything was wrapped into one piece. Unacceptable and they will be refunding me my money

It may be a haul, but for sanitation reasons and quality please go to CPOW Livestock in Odessa if wanting USDA facility. Phenomenal quality, sanitation, and its USDA *meaning they're strictly monitored in sanitation, not just inspected 1x per year or every other year. CPOW has their own USDA inspector that works alongside them daily and I've even been throughout this facility and met everyone. Talk about clean!Husband worked there, no druggies, he loved it but we had to finally end from carpal tunnelif thats too far go to Quadra K in Spokane!! Not USDA but cleanest around (husband's worked everywhere and most never clean machines unless directly prior to be inspected and most custom shops are sloppy cuts even leaving on membranes! Quadra K literally stands above in this area. They also will find you meat if you tell em what you want.

They did a terrible job processing our beef. Tons of huge random bones throughout. A lot unusable and should have been turned to ground beef. Very disappointed

Cubed steak grissley. Hollow in middle like two pieces of meat were put together. Only satisfied with burger and roasts.

Affordable butcher nestled in the Spokane valley. Quick and efficient i picked up half a beef, they did good work.
