Had a great interaction with this enterprise few years back when renting cars multiple times from a roadtrip to Oregon to silverwood. Will be renting from the at the end of March and will update how it goes afterwards.

I try and tell everyone I can, do not go to enterprise for any car or truck rental, they have a little thing they do with some of their customers. I put a $229.41 deposit down. For a rental, but they have never returned it. I went to my bank where they should have sent it, and asked over many days, did enterprise return my money into my account, and they said they had no recollection of any return. This has been going on since 2/12/24 and I still haven't seen it. In fact I went into the enterprise to ask them about my refund, and they told me to leave. You suck enterprise.

I was fortunate enough to work with the amazing staff of this office for a couple months at the end of 2023 while awaiting my company car arrival. I quickly became a regular at the office and every interaction was extremely kind, helpful, and positive. Whitney, Tyler, and Josh were great people and very good at their job, I wish them great success in the future!

Very RUDE employee that parked her personal vehicle in between the handicap spaces. She was so loud when talking to a customer that no one could hear anyone else. So rude! Since when are these employees above the law and rude!

Excellent experience thus far with Enterprise, especially Meagan. I’m getting the runaround on timeline for some vehicle repairs (And fighting with the dealership on who’s going to pay for the rental car). Due to the unknown timeline I went back into Enterprise asking for help with a more long-term need. Meagan was very accommodating and went avice and beyond to find a way to help. This is what excellent service is all about, Thank you Enterprise! More importantly, thank you Meagan!

Holes in seats. Dirty apholstry, not vacuumed, filthy windows that were hard to see out of, tires dinging low on air, oil blinking to be changed and no windshield wiper fluid. Splashed with who knows what juices and liquid on seats and to of vehicle dash board. Not the best!

Had to take a road trip to Oregon with my daughter and sisters family. There was a total of 7 of us and we were worried there wouldn’t be a vehicle big enough but Whitney Rader was so accommodating and got us exactly what we needed and amazing customer service! When I returned the vehicle I was met with the same exceptional customer service from all the staff! I have used this enterprise location a few times and have yet to be disappointed!

Our team at WSU Outreach & Mentorship would be unable to deliver our work without the support from this team at the Sprague Enterprise. We pick up rentals approximately 2-3 times each week and have always been treated with professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. This team makes sure that our extensive needs are meet and always have great customer service. We are grateful for their flexibility and determination to fulfill our needs every time we rent.

Great place excellent staff very friendly helpful answered all my questions showed me how to operate this fancy new car lol push start never had one but I love the car place is an excellent place to rent a vehicle. Go now I recommend 100% very happy customer

Booked a car rental and confirmed it, then was told my payment method was not acceptable due to me being out of state.I had told them what method which I would be paying with before I ever showed up, then told me about the extra fees I would also need to pay. None of this was discussed with me over the phone or posted anywhere I could read it.Rent a car with literally anyone else, worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Expensive as heck. Reserve online don't get same car you reserve therefore have to pay more as the inventory showing availability online isn't the same when you arrive to get rental. Called the "local" number had to press a bunch of buttons then it wasn't even a local person I finally reached. Was told to call again and press the * which I did and all I received was a recording telling me the inbox for that person was full. Not a good way to get customers! Tried a few more times and finally reached a human at the local place in Spokane Valley.Received text messages every 2 hours in regards to modifying or confirming my return day and time along with emails. Seriously every 2 hours?!?!? I could have paid daily parking for 5 days plus rent a car at the airport and save up to $350.Local staff was nice. And it isn't their fault that online reservations and regular reservations don't mesh. I understand that. However, now a days it could be better.
