This was the most frustrating experience I have had with an Enterprise. My pick-up time was at 9 am, and my car was not ready until almost 10! There were no issues waiting for the car to come back. I'm not sure what the hold up was, and no apologies were given. I have never had to wait longer than 15 min to get a car.

I rented due to my car being repaired. I am not a fan of their confusing phone tree. The customer service was great but the initial car I recieved was terrible because it was tiny uncomfortable. I ended up getting upgraded to an suv due to that is what I personally drive and was much happier.

I had a great experience with getting my car. Despite it being incredibly busy, the employees were still in great moods and made sure I knew I wasn’t getting ignored. The staff were knowledgeable about the car that I rented, honest about the pricing, and seemed genuinely curious about my day and my trip that I was taking. The car was clearly taken care of and super clean (it smelt like an ice cream shop). I will be renting from here again.

I will only rent from this location. It's the biggest one in spokane, it has the best customer service, they always go above and beyond, i will always use this Enterprise!

Gavan helped me and was super friendly and knowledgable. Everyone here was very friendly and helpful. I even got an extra couple of days with the car at no charge because they made sure to tell me about the weekly rate. I always have a great experience with Enterprise, the cars are always clean and nice to drive.

Only place I will ever do business with from here on out and I tell everyone else I know to go to them also! I worked with Gavan, Tyler and also talked to Carsen! What a wonderful group of employees! I didn't get a survey so I am writing a review. I just want to say thanks to the guys for welcoming me and how kind they were. Gavan was a sweetheart and helped me with all my needs and even sang. Thank you for your help. The new guy who just started there was very kind as well and picked me up and didn't make it odd and actually talked with me on the way to the rental. The lady who dropped me off was very kind as well. She drove safe and got to know me a little bit which it was very nice. Over all all the guys were so sweet and thank you for being so kind.

Their customer service is just absolutely the best! I had two gentlemen by the name of Gavin and Eric (Or Aaron, I'm so sorry if I got it wrong) who were absolutely sweet to work with. The gal at the counter was welcoming with a big smile. I rent here frequently and just rented from them a few weeks back. It's always an easy, quick process.

I rented from enterprise car rentals in Wichita Falls Texas. The whole staff was very professional. All the way up to the bank manager Ashley. She was very efficient, very professional, and very polite. Although, strictly business she’s very quick to help iron out any problems or issues. And very reasonable. Nice and clean cars. Can get you in and quickly and effectively. I’m very happy to have rented from them and would definitely rent again.

Pick up and returns have always been flawless and easy with no issues. Have always gotten treated with respect by all members of the staff. In the many years that I have rented I have only ever had one issue with a car and I was compensated for the issue. Love my local Enterprise peeps!

Several concerning issues. 1.) My personal insurance info has NOTHING to do with you UNLESS there is damage to the rental, I understand that. It’s my responsibility, and my CHOICE. I have NEVER had to provide that before with a rental. And will not in the future.2.) Extremely NOSEY associates. They asked me SEVERAL TIMES, “so, going on a trip?”, “Are ya just going on a short trip?”, “So, where ya going?”, “Is it just going to be a day trip?”, “So, when will you be back?” “Taking anyone with you?” It was not just chit chat, it was uncomfortable interrogation that I found unprofessional and inappropriate.3.) I have always valued Enterprise for swift, efficient and expeditious checking out and back in. My time is valuable and this service was DREADFUL compared to what I experienced previously at NUMEROUS locations across the PNW and west coast.4.) No after hours key drop. Again, you’re wasting my time. I WILL NOT bother renting vehicles at a place that doesn’t accept after hours returns. I had to make a separate trip ON MY LUNCH BREAK, to drop off the keys which again took WAY longer than necessary.I will raise my concerns at the corporate level as well, because depending on what happens on my next rental will determine if I switch to another company. I believe in giving everyone in business a fair chance.

I was SO impressed with the customer service I received here.Despite being VERY busy, all of the employees displayed a welcoming and positive attitude both when I picked up and dropped off my rental car. The interaction I had with this establishment was seamless and enjoyable.1. Great job to the hiring manager for putting together your team, and 2. These guys have always been WONDERFUL to work with! I've had my car in the shop twice now and rented a vehicle thru them with insurance and they've been exceptional both times! We had bodywork done at Autonation Collision on Sprague on our vehicle and learned that when you pick up your car you can leave the rental at Autonation and Enterprise will pick it up (they're very close to one another) so that was handy! Then most recently I called and they immediately sent someone to pick me up and shuttle me to enterprise from my home, and stayed open 20 minutes after close to get me in a rental car on a Saturday. In and out in 15 minutes. Superb service! I only wish insurance was as pleasant to deal with. These guys have been great, each time I've been given a SUV similar to mine - limited editions with leather. Very pleased with them!!!

Staff here is professional, helpful, and courteous. I did not end up renting a car from them long term but they went out of their way to get me a car for winter driving that would work for me on short notice. They were quick and thorough and very attentive. I do recommend you how location.
