Staff is rude. Not willing to cross reference or measure anything. huge warehouse but nothing ever seems to be in stock. When they do actually order something for you it's either the wrong thing or only half as many as you need. Then blame their screw up on you. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Angelo for rigging is absolutely awesome to deal with! Very polite, easy going and will drop what he’s doing to service a customer.
Also Nick the outside sales rep is awesome and prompt on delivery’s!
Crystal behind the counter is always super polite even with a line going out the door.

I went into Fastenal because I needed a special screw for the commercial oven at work. The oven manufacturer was no help. Thankfully salesperson Crystal at Fastenal was able to find the exact size and type of screw since it had to be able to withstand the oven temps. Her customer service skills and product knowledge will cause me to be a repeat customer.

Very helpful crew (Crystal) at this branch. Always more than willing to research a hard to find part or walk me through what they have. Seems a little understaffed occasionally but not all the time. Great place.

Updated 10/2023These guys are great. They must know how to treat an employee, becuase every person there trreats you with respect, and shows a knowledge in what the company has to offer. Pricing is abut 10-20% higher than most, but the service is worth every penny. They are fast, and knowledable.

I know I won't be back Sales person was right on the line of being rude because I didn't know what size of screw I needed and snatched my money off the counter like it wasn't good enough but yet was extremely nice to the other gentleman that comes in there with the contract Since I've nobody they're gonna treat me like nobody
