I’ve been selling on eBay since 1999 and have never had shipping issue until about a year ago. This is the third time something has gone wrong in the last year.
I dropped off a large box of golf clubs at this location. It was scanned as picked up, then mysteriously disappeared. How does a package that size just vanish?
When I contacted FedEx to try to track it down, I was passed around to four different people. No one took accountability. In the end, I was told to just file a claim online since it hadn’t been scanned in over one week, the supervisor that I spoke with last was incredibly inpatient and kept telling me she had to go—no real effort was made to locate the package.
To make matters worse, my buyer left me neutral feedback because FedEx dropped the ball. I did everything right, packaged the item well, dropped it off promptly, and still got punished for their failure and wasted over an HOUR dealing with this. So incredibly frustrating!
FedEx please look into this further! These had to have been STOLEN! The box is way too big to just disappear.

I’ve always had excellent service at this FedEx. They recently printed our invitations on paper we brought, when several other printing stores wouldn’t accept the job. They did a very nice job, but the printer printed the QR code on the back off center. They made the situation right without question or hassle.
We will always bring our business to this store. They make things happen and take responsibility.

Dropped off a package weeks ago with the intention of them mailing it. They had payment info and said they were having issues with their system. Found out today that they never shipped it and better yet I found out from my customer who was receiving the order. Pretty disappointed that I wasn’t informed right away by the carrier of this dilemma.

Incredible service from Perry, and the rest of the team. Went above and beyond on a busy week day to make sure all customers were getting serviced quickly and effectively. Helped me send out 2 packages to 2 recipients, after completing, I left but soon forgot to add something on the packages, he was quickly able to help me open up the sealed packages and double check something, and then reseal them in new Fedex mailers. Very professional!

I can’t say enough good things! The customer service I received from all employees was exceptional. They were helpful, informative, timely, and most importantly- all of our retractable banners, posters, and fliers turned out perfectly for our event! I will definitely be using this location again for all future printing needs.
