I called July 25th to report this driver with plate number B67161W was speeding through my apartment complex parking lot and almost hit a child. They couldn't find the driver. Today got a call where they found the driver but all of the recording data prior to August 1st was deleted and he is the son of the sheriff. Way to cover up your negligence.

Drivers lie about attempted deliveries. I received a notice on wednesday it said the first attempt that the next day, i got a final notice attempt. Called to complain, and they told me he actually tried to deliver it 4 times. If the driver had attempted to deliver it 4 times, maybe he should have put a notice on my door the first 2 times. The first notice i got on wednesday said 1st attempt, which to me indicates that he, in fact, only tried to deliver it for the first time on wednesday.

I literally bought a set of four tires from priority tire they delivered two of my tires today and then told me I could pick the other two up at the facility because they were not loaded onto a truck. So I called the facility to confirm to be told that yes I can come out there and pick them up. I drove all the way out there and then was told that they were loaded onto a truck and sent back to another state. What a terrible terrible experience with this company

This place is hilarious. You delivered a package to my apartment and decided to not deliver it and tag it as undeliverable because it had the wrong address on it, when the shipping address on the box and Amazon matched and you even left a slip on my door!

When you get there it's very confusing where to get help.

Typically I love using FedEx, but after a recent issue with a package and not being able to talk to a human to resolve my issue, I would rather not use Fedex again.

I have had three recent orders through various companies. They have all shipped across the U.S. from different locations via FedEx. Not one of these packages that have shipped through FedEx has arrived on time with the initial delivery date given. There is always a delay for one reason or another. This company/organization cannot get things together and cause paying customers delays for product/s that are needed. I do not suffer from these types of delays with UPS, Amazon or USPS on a consistent basis. With FedEx it is way to often to even consider this company efficient. I report this to businesses so that they can change their shipping methods. If i owned a business that involved shipping for any reason, i would stay as far away from FedEx as possible.

Please hire people who can properly read house numbers, especially on houses where it is displayed in large visible areas. I have had 4 packages delivered to me incorrectly over the past two weeks, and I shouldn’t have to deliver my neighbors’ packages to them when it’s someone else’s job to do so.

Absolute garbage company. Delivery drivers suck and don’t ever deliver to the right house. It’s not difficult to verify the numbers on the house being the right ones.

Always lose packages whether it's stuck in Troutdale OR for weeks after passing right by the destination or they claim it was delivered but doesn't show up.

I have a large sign on my door asking that anyone delivering packages or anything to my door to please ring my doorbell so I will know that there is a delivery. UPS DOES THIS. FEDEX GROUND REFUSES. I am 63 with no vehicle so I only get out once a week, on a normal week. There is no reason the delivery man can't push the little doorbell button. He doesn't need to wait for me to answer! Is he stupid or lazy? Or both?

Driver is intentionally trying to damage my packages after asking him to stop dropping them. Last one was dropped from shoulder height then kicked over. Filed complaints and nothing happens, this man should be fired for damage to personal property as the acts are intentional.
