They have gotten so bad (at least in Chattaroy), with just not showing up with a package that is "out for delivery ", or leave it under the eve to get rained on by the road to get stolen instead of on our covered porch. I now tell merchants that I wont purchase from them if FedEx is the shipper and I have other choices for the same product. How does Fedex stay in business?

Have never had a package arrive on time. Whenever my package gets stuck here I try to call to see if I can just pick it up and save the headache but you aren’t able to actually call them, just a bot. Half the time the package requires a signature so you sit around waiting all day for nothing.Update: Package never arrived and no longer even gives a delivery date, still can’t contact support

I work for this company so my opinion of it is going to be very high! Lol. Fedex is awesome! Ship your packages through FedEx and they will be well taken care of!

There drivers get lazy and don't want to deliver the packages so they say (delayed do to weather)even when there's no weather to speak of ,had my package now for 7 day and still don't have it ,ups ,usps, and people going to work all have been here ,gee I wonder what there problem is

Three delivery attempts and then held it at a facility 15 miles from my home without notice. Created an account to track package and get updates after first delivery attempt - no updates were given via text nor phone call. Come to find out, there are no "hold locations" as an option given by FedEx on the app and voice recording in my state.After six days of my original delivery date/first attempt, and being on hold for over five minutes to tell me my package has been sitting at a facility for four days.UPS all the way. Free shipping through the company I ordered the birthday present through via FedEx is garbage. I would have rather have paid any amount for shipping using anyone but FedEx.

A driver parked at the corner of our house. Posted attempted delivery and drove away without getting out of his truck. I was on my front porch. Waiting for him to walk up. Or do something.

Drivers can't seem to locate our address, so instead,take our package back to the terminal claiming weather delay. We weren't having any weather. Lazy service, UPS is by far much better, and can manage to find out address without problems.

FedEx has had our package “Out For Delivery” now for a week!!! A WEEK!!! But NO package has yet been dropped off. The office keeps saying we can’t come pick it up because it is supposedly on the truck! Getting absolutely ridiculous!!! So unprofessional!! We got a little crazy for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. We’ve gotten numerous boxes every single day this week....from UPS, but the only package that never showed up is by FedEx. We definitely have passed that on to the company we purchased it from. They know people buying parts to machinery needs it in a timely matter. Pathetic!!!!

I've got about a 5% on-time delivery rate for my FedEx packages...pathetic! I'd ban my packages being delivered from them if I could! Most recent package was "damaged" AFTER it was on the truck for delivery...this is all after it floated around Denver for 4 days! I stay at home for pending deliveries because of porch pirates! Can't say I'm at all surprised by FedEx incompetence!Get BROWN to do it!

Poor customer service especially from Danielle who claims she works in the office in Spokane Valley. If you call FedEx asking for the address of this place to pickup a package they give you an address of 1662 Euclid Ave which is not a FedEx location. What a cluster!

Fed Ex use to be my go to for freight but I don’t know what’s happened to them lately. The Spokane facility over promises and under delivers every single time. Last time something was sent to me I finally had to drive to Spokane to pick it up. I live in CDA. Once again a package sent to me has still not arrived even though they keep telling me “it’ll be delivered tomorrow”. I have to sign for it so I’ve waited at home for two days now. Still no package. UPS is always dead on. I stopped using fed ex about a year ago because of this reason.
