I’ve been coming here for a couple years and it’s been great until tonight, my friend and I came in and right away our nail techs were rude and unfriendly. My nail tech kept arguing with me when I asked for dip powder and kept pushing me to do gel instead and when I told her no for the 3rd time she shook her head at me and rolled her eyes, the rest of the time she was snapping at me and pushing my hands around. She rushed through my nails and did a horrible job, the dip is stuck to my skin and all my nails are crooked and she didn’t even take care of my cuticles, she put the dip over my cuticles and every finger is bleeding. My friends nails were bumpy and uneven, when she asked to get them fixed they were upset and arguing with her. We called to talk to Natalie about it and she didn’t apologize or even care to fix anything for us. We’ve never have worse service anywhere. We won’t be back.

I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. The service felt rushed and careless from the moment I sat down. My nail tech didn’t take the time to prep my nails properly, and the end result was awful — my nails came out super bumpy, uneven, and the dip powder was sloppily applied. When I asked for the gal to reshape my nails she was super rude and irritated with me. When I’m paying a decent amount of money for my nails I want them to look good so of course I’m going to say something.
They didn’t offer any hospitality — not even a complimentary drink, which is standard at this salon. On top of that, the staff was incredibly rude. When we called to ask for a refund or even just to have the nails removed, they refused to do anything to make it right. No apology, no solution — just attitude.
For the price they’re charging, I expected at least basic professionalism and decent customer service. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt like people should know what to expect. I definitely won’t be returning.

Got my nails done here today. I’ve had many mani-pedi’s but this one was unfortunately the first and only bad one I’ve had. My nails are so rough that I’m trying to fix the nail polish at home on my toes only 2 hours after visiting since they snag on blankets and feel uncomfortable. The finish was very rough. I also did a gel manicure, and they missed spots, there are bubbles, there are steaks and the French tips are crooked. Unfortunately can’t take it off. My husband also came with me to get a pedicure and they cut a nail too short and hurt him. Separate people did my manicure and my pedicure, so in total, three people did our work, and all three did a bad job. The staff was friendly, it was clean, and they do give you a free drink, so I will give them a star for that. But I will definitely not be returning.

I went to a new salon for mother's day, had to go back to see if the tech would fix them, ended up with sad nails. Called this salon and they scheduled me same day and rescued my nails! Jenny made sure to talk me though and that I was happy with the end product. Left with no blood on my fingers! And let me tell you, I watched her finish another set and do a second while I soaked my old nails, she is amazing! I watched a few of their staff and they're all amazing and so sweet to their clients! I will be going here from now on for my nail care!

** Update 5/18/2025** I wasn't feeling up to going with the ladies today, so I stayed home and napped and worked in the kitchen, something that I like to do when I'm in my feelings and today was just one of those days. Well the ladies brought home flowers and a card for me, and they were from Mimi, my favorite person at Fendii's! Thank you Mimi for thinking of me today, it's people like you that makes the world a little better!***
We had a great experience! We did 3 pedicures and did the most expensive one for all 3! It's a family owned establishment and they have folks who are not family working. It was a wonderful environment and the service was top notch!!

I LOVE FENDII NAILS AND SPA. This isn’t your average nail salon. It gives a familiar friendly feel. Whenever you decide to come in you are more then taken care of. Sometimes you wait 5-10 minutes for someone when it’s pretty busy(friday and weekends) but are still a priority. They all take pride in their work. If they can’t do the design they finish with another nail tech that can. They take appointment and walk in i never have waited longer then 5 minutes actually. So if you’re looking for care for a pedi or mani this is the spot. Plus if you’re celebrating they have complimentary drinks! Thank you to fendii and their staff. <3

Affordable nails. And they've been able to do every single design I've asked for, regardless of what the design is. My nails always look wonderful when they're done.

I love Fendii Nails! I drive from the north side simply because it's worth it. I go to Jenni but everyone there is amazing. The salon is beautiful and always clean. Scheduling is easy and I always know my nails will look perfect when I leave. Highly reccomend this salon for a seamless and luxe experience!

My friend recently moved here from AZ and went to get a fill here and they refused to do the fill and instead painted over the her existing outgrown acrylic, which was a nude ombré French, with a pale pink. Now she has a major fungal infection on her nail.. pretty lame.

I went in for a pedicure, and Joe did an amazing job. His foot/leg massages are incredible, and my toes look fantastic. They also offer complimentary drinks. I will 100% be back.

Had a great time for my first time here. They were able to get me someone as I was a walk in, the nail tech TC was very nice & did a good job at shaping my design was simple but I still loved how they turned out.

One of those "production line" nail salons that's only goal is high customer turnover. I have/had natural nails with gel polish. I broke one and needed a tip, they plastered my nail with acrylic which will take forever to grow off and the shape of that nail is pointy and the others are not. The polish is also lumpy. Sorry the photos are a little blurry, it's hard to take a pic of your own hand.
