I came here for alignment. I started hearing a new sound coming from my wheel well so I take it back in. The mechanic discovers that BOTH of my sway bar links are disconnected and hanging loose. HOW DO YOU ALIGN A VEHICLE AND NOT NOTICE BOTH SWAY BAR LINKS ARE DISCONNECTED!? I fail to believe that both of came loose in their own miraculously after I get the alignment. But they offered to fix it of course, for another $330. I would give it 1 star but the guy who was down from Missoula helping the shop was a pretty cool cat.

Terrible communication, gave a quote and then couldn't do the work due to complexity of the work required. Had an appointment at 10 am, no communication and no work done until around 2pm, no communication after had to call vs getting calls for updates. Will not be returning to Firestone unfortunately. Firestone has gone downhill over the past year or two

Excellent & Kind service! Well taken care of! Been going to Firestone for years with multiple cars. I drive extra just to go to this valley location!
Unfortunately, I had an issue with my last visit and they were professional. They did their best to figure out what happened, and in the end took care of me. Patience & understanding is always key from both sides, but they really made this dilemma easy.
I will continue to shop and get service here! A place that has my trust
I have the Firestone credit card as well and have saved money with it if you are thinking about it!

This place doesn’t care and takes advantage of people. I went into this Firestone Location on 7/10/2024 to get an alignment performed on my car. After my car got done and pulled up front. The front staff were in the back chatting away for like 10-15min and didn’t seem to care to get the car back to me. Then the guy came in and started doing computer work and not even acknowledging me that my car was done. Then after 7-10min I asked is my car done its out front? He’s said yes I am finishing up your paperwork. I told him what the deal you cannot tell me its done and start to check me out. Couple min later he came to me with the alignment report and sent me on my way.
Then, I got their courtesy inspection report in an email and it had list of things that didn’t seem like were checked at all. I am like did the tech even check these as they all been addressed. It pretty obvious I have a new belt on the car and it was on the report. Did the tech not even look. There are a number of other things like this on the list. Their recommendation are taking advantage of people recommending things that don’t need done and already been done or are not absolutely necessary. I called the store to complain your taking advantage of me. The guy said my tech didn’t check those my computer system populated those for me. I am like WHAT so your tech didn’t do a thorough inspections and you just let your computer outputs a list of recommendation. This store is taking advantage of people of the work that doesn’t need done.

They broke a bolt while attempting my wheel alignment. I was forced to wait around for hours until they found a replacement bolt. Now I have to miss my shift because of a mistake they made. Don't believe the time frames they quote. I will never return here again.

Popped a tire mid roadtrip on a Sunday, called Firestone and was grateful they were open and could take me with no appointment and they had my tires in stock. Drove over on my spare, knew Id been close to needing all four replaced and was due for an oil change, and was able to get all that done same day. They didn’t have time for the alignment but were able to check it and give me the report so I could get an appt at my next destination. Customer service was awesome, Kevin was great and I saw my car go in and be worked on almost immediately upon arrival

Had a wheel shake after installing a new tire, was passing through town and came here to get my wheels balance and a tire rotation to hopefully fix the shake. They got me in and out quick and were super friendly. Once I got back on the highway though I found the shake still there. Got out and looked at the wheels and they were still dirty, without any looking like they had new weights on them. I figured the shake must be from something else, and continued driving til I could get it relooked at (Firestone was closed at this point and like I said I was passing through - couldn't wait til the next day for them to open again) Went to Les Schwab the next day and they said my wheels balance was off by 4.5 oz. They rebalanced em and the shake was gone. Insane to me that these guys either messed up the balance that badly or didn't even bother to balance them and just did the rotation - despite me paying for all 4 wheels to be balanced. Called them up and they were still super friendly, and told me they'd offer me a refund, which would be great if I were to ever be back in the Spokane area to get it. Told me they'd call me back to try and sort things out another way, but it's been a week and haven't heard from them.

My husband and I were on a cross country road trip when our tires gave out near Spokane. In need of new tires, we contacted this Firestone. They had no appointments available; however, after hearing our story and that we wanted to get back on the road soon, the manager named Kevin was able to squeeze us in for service. We are so appreciative of their accommodation and highly recommend this location if you’re in need.

The team working on Sunday, June 16th went above and beyond for us! They willingly put in extra time past closing time to make sure we got on the road safely! This was our honeymoon and they did all they could to get us the most affordable, safe tires to get us going on our trip after an unexpected flat.
