We recently bought a new Canon copier through Fisher's, and their on-boarding process was great. Survey of the network, types of machines, etc., so that when they arrived for install, the procedures were seamless. Highly recommend them.

Fisher's has been wonderful for our company. When we request supplies for our copier, they are usually sent out same day or next day at the latest. Our service techs, Kent and Mike, are awesome too! They are very kind, professional, and make sure all issues are taken care of before they leave.

You can’t go wrong with Fisher’s Technology! We are a large firm headquartered in Atlanta and needed a vendor who could rent us a full-size, multi-function copy machine for a month-long hearing in Idaho. We called several vendors until we found Fisher’s. My first contact with the company was Dawn Carr, and she was as pleasurable and personable as she could be. She quoted us a fantastic rate, which was well below the rates quoted by other vendors, and even with a 3-month postponement, she graciously kept the original quote in place. In addition to Dawn, we worked with Shelli Lumpkins and Corey LaMarche, both of whom were attentive to our pre-hearing needs as well. Once our team arrived in Idaho, and after dealing with connectivity issues, Mike Muller, Fisher’s on-site tech guy, stayed with our paralegal for several hours to ensure our team was up and running and able to connect to the hotel’s wi-fi. Our hearing concluded three days early, and Fisher’s was ready and able to pick up the machine earlier than planned. If given the opportunity, we will use Fisher’s Technology again. The reps at Fisher’s quoted us unbeatable rates, made us feel like we weren’t getting “beat,” treated us well, and provided us with exceptional service from beginning to end.

“Placing a service ticket was super easy with quick response time. Our service technician was great. He let me know that the issue we were having is more of just an annoyance than anything. Everything was in working order and he explained what to pay attention to if the sound continued to get worse and they would be back out in a jiffy.
