I bought a beautiful sapphire band. My mom bought me a matching solitaire to go with it. I had not owned the sapphire band more than four days, and three of the stones fell out that were beside each other. My hand had not knocked into anything to make the stones fall out. Fred Meyer's jewelry looks gorgeous in their lit display cases, but the quality is questionable. I am very very displeased.

I took a necklace to get repaired. The staff were very helpful and repaired it for me even though I hadn't been taking it in for the annual inspection and cleaning. Thank you so much for helping me and explaining everything to me.I'll see you again in a year.

My boyfriend bought me this ring from Zales. A diamond fell out and we already had problems with Zales before this incident with the same ring. Decided to have Fred Meyer jewelers replace the diamond that fell out. The gold smith did an excellent job replacing it. Julianna who works there is so polite and very knowledgeable. Giving this place a 3 star only because when I came in to have my ring quoted for it to be fixed I had the worst customer service ever and it was totally stereotyped because I am in my early twenties. Her name was Karen. I had come in with my mom because she was with me that day and I proceeded to tell her that I wanted a quote to have my ring fixed. I tried to be friendly and tell her about my experience with Zales and she completely cut me off and was quite clear she didn’t want to hear my experience with my ring. She continued to keep asking me if my ring was real and if I was sure. I started to get super irritated because this ring was $600 at Zales and I was there and picked it out. She then was like “ are you sure you just don’t want me to check?” So i replied “go for it but I know it’s real, I was there when my boyfriend bought if for me.” She then used a like radio tool to determine if my ring was real or not and then she said “wow you do have a good boyfriend.” She then questioned me on how much my ring cost. Just because I’m younger doesn’t mean that I should be stereotyped and questioned numerously on if my ring is real or not. She doesn’t know how much my boyfriend and I make or how much we can afford so for her to be so rude towards me and act like my ring was cheap and fake is BS. Not to mention my moms ring was missing a diamond as well and she wanted a quote too. Karen deliberately hurried my process and completely blew off my mom. Nowadays with prices of everything going up, I find it bs that she almost seemed irritated with me and completely acted like my ring was ghetto and not real. When I came back to pick up my ring after it was fixed, my boyfriend come with me and we had Julianna. Such a better experience. She listened when I told her about my experience with my ring and she was very helpful and recommended us to come back to her when my boyfriend is ready to propose in the next year or so. She was phenomenal, but that other lady is rude and shouldn’t be judging people just because they are younger.

Incredible, unbelievable service. I returned from my mother's funeral in February with her wedding set, broken and worn thin after decades of wear. It sat on my coffee table for months. I finally knew what I wanted to do and I took it to Fred Meyer, from where I've purchased small items previously.Deanna (I hope I have that right) was compassionate and kind. She assured me the engagement ring and wedding band were in good hands. I wanted a rose gold band added to the white gold engagement ring and yellow gold wedding band, which was -- per my mother's story -- my father's intention, but they ran out of money.I got the call today that the ring was ready. I rushed down to the store. The workmanship is impeccable. More importantly, the women, including Deanna, who were at the counter today were kind and understanding as I stood there with tears streaming down my face, holding the ring my mother was supposed to wear.Thank you. Thank you to the women who work at the jewelry counter at the Spokane Valley Fred Meyer. Thank you to the jeweler for his incredible skill and precision.Thank you.

Worst experience. We’ve spent over $100 on gold stud earrings for my daughter. After just a few months the earrings started to bend just from wearing and being pulled on occasionally by hair. I took them in to see if there’s any warranty on them. The store manager looked at the earrings and said she doesn’t see any evidence of bending. I showed her how it bends and she told me that I just damaged the earring purposely in front of her. Not only she was absolutely not helpful, she basically also called me a liar. Poor quality jewelry and awful service. Will never go back there again

Just bought pork chops with expiration date 4/19..the ones under the 1st one are greenish color and the meat is old. I am totally not going to buy meat there any more. Shrugging off bad quality is not how Fred Meyer used to be. Refund coming but the manager Rachel White doesn't seem to get the point..bad meat is dangerous.
