I had the worst experience! And this is from someone who is truly understanding. But I got my hair butchered. I would never return!!!! I asked for curtain bangs. Lemme show you what I walked out with. Completely choppy, thin, and idk how she could mess up something so simple 😭 At least one side goes to the side a little. No matter what I do I can’t style them because they’re so blocked and chopped. I hate my bangs and can’t hide em. So disappointing. 😭 I’ve had this done many times and have never experienced this level of inexperience.

After having a hair stylist for 20 years (she retired), I tried others but this time went to Great Clips at Argonne and Trent. Lucky for me I got V. She asked what I wanted,I told her a trim and she asked me if I knew who Judy Dench was. I did and she said she would give me her cut! Came out just great. Will go back to GreatClips and ask for V!

All the girls in the shop are great! But Vee? She's a superstar, been going to her specifically for a few years now and she kills it everytime time, when I moved i still make the trip to come to this shop specifically for her! She's so unbelievably kind and professional, she is a great conversationalist while she takes great care of your hair and makes you look and feel your best! She works her hair magic on myself, my wife, my kids! Whether a special event or just a regular cut Vee is the go to person!

I took my grandson there for his back to school haircut, he is not a fan of haircuts due to past clipped ears, etc.
I was able to speak with Natalie prior to the cut tell her my concerns.
My grandson said she was awesome that it was the best haircut he ever had. I have.
To agree that she was wonderful with him. It was a wonderful cut and I appreciate the patience and the compassion, she showed this child to to make this a good experience. We will absolutely return and request Natalie.
