Worst customer service in the service department of well any dealership I've been in. Walked in for my appt and there were 5 service advisors at their desks - not one of them acknowledged me when I walked in - and yet they were not busy at all. Two of the girls looked like they were super inconvenienced that I let in some cold air. Wouldn't bring my vehicle here again. I'll go to Idaho for service.

This isn't my first issue with the Corwin Ford Service Department. On my first appointment with them two months ago, the service attendant never returned my voicemail. I took my vehicle in this morning and began the check in process with the same service attendant. She asked me questions about my vehicle and it appeared she was checking me in. I'm sitting there waiting in front of her desk for 20 minutes and she then says to her coworker that she is unable to log into her computer. Another five minutes goes by and I asked her coworker if he can check me in. His response was that he was unaware I hadn't been checked in yet, but says he is busy doing something else and will be back shortly. Another service attendant that had not been in the area comes in and begins to help me. I explain my frustrations with the original service attendant, and he begins to blame me for not being checked in promptly enough, stating that I should have asked for another check in person rather than the service attendant requesting someone else to help me once she realized her computer wouldn't work. This is the last time I will go to Corwin Ford. Mike White Ford in Coeur D'Alene was so much better with customer service.

Had a great experience buying my 2020 Ram. No pressure easygoing professional sales Rep David Low helped me with a purchase that was seamless.The Finance and paper work was handled very efficiently by Donny BallewDidn't take to long and we were on the road with our new to us pickup truck.I would definitely recommend Corwin Ford for a new or used purchase.

Excellent service. Brought in my Explorer for routine service and a climate control issue. Their team found other issues that needed addressed and completed everything in a timely manner and even got half of the things I didn't know about covered under warranty. I have and will always bring my Explorer to them for continued service due to their exceptional customer service. Thanks,

I can't say enough about what an incredible experience we had with Cam and Nathan! After several disappointing, overly "sales-y", slimy experiences elsewhere, Cam and Nathan were truly refreshing. Right out the gate they had 100% transparency surrounding the vehicle, comps in the area, history of the vehicle etc.. highly knowledgeable professionals and a warm, friendly demeanor that put me at ease. They walked us through the process with complete patience and truly made us feel confident in our purchase. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience! 10/10 ! You have gained our business as well as our friends and families for a lifetime!

Once we got the car in, the service was great. Provided a driver to take me home and had the car ready on time. Mechanic gave us details about how he searched for specific intermittent issues we were having.Also fixed the backup camera recall.

I recently purchased an SUV at Corwin Ford. I would highly recommend Josh, my salesperson. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the three SUVs that I drove.Skylar in finance made the process easy also.Did you know Corwin Ford is also 5% less then all dealers in a 300 mile radius? I highly recommend them!

EVERYTHING IS NEGOTIABLE: Had a professional car buying experience today as my daughter bought her first car, a Mustang, something she's wanted since turning 16. My role was to make sure she wasn't taken advantage of and got a fair deal. We weren't trying to argue price or suggest their pricing wasn't fair, but, we knew what price we wanted to pay and we were ready to walk away since she didn't need a car today. They patiently and professionally met us in the middle - nice job! REMINDER: Don't be afraid to negotiate, there is always a little meat on every bone that can be trimmed off in your favor. This place could give a masterclass on how to lose a customer. Bought a car. Paid cash. Had my other Fords serviced here also. They treat you like garbage EVERY SINGLE TIME you walk in that door. They are all so self important and will never treat you like you are the customer. The managers are a joke and will NEVER RETURN YOUR CALL OR EMAIL. They left my car with two bolts holding on my subframe, and those were loose, causing me to have to take it to another shop to fix. They will not return my calls, email or anything. When I say run, I mean run. Unless you literally HATE someone, do not buy a car, do not have a car repaired at this shitty dealership

The sale was pretty standard. Me trying to get the most from trade in and lowest sale price and dealer working their side. I would have liked the 100 (?) point check report, but not a deal breaker. The truck has been good so far. The oil change/rotation series is a good deal and keeps me on top of it. Service coordinator woman was super nice and helpful.

Fantastic dealership filled with professional and knowledgeable people. See “Hoop” if you’re in the market to purchase a vehicle (new or used). He shoots straight and you can believe what he says. Everyone person we came into contact with was very helpful. I’m not a fan of car shopping but Corwin made it easy and even pleasurable.

Josh was first to greet me when I randomly stopped in to look. I wasn’t quite ready to buy at that moment. He was patient and did well finding me exactly the car I was looking for. Josh is excellent at following up and over all easy to talk to. He helped with getting me a good deal on my purchase and made sure I was happy before I drove off. Thank you, Josh!

We just bought a used explorer from Josh. He was down to earth, relaxed and easy to work with. He worked with us to get us the best possible deal for our trade in and the new car. He continues to follow up with us even days after we bought it, to make sure everything’s good. I highly recommend Corwin Ford and specifically Josh Start!

I worked with Kyle in the sales department and had a great experience. This was my first time buying a vehicle sight-unseen (I live in the Kansas City area) and Kyle did a great job answering all of my questions. He sent me multiple video walk-arounds of the vehicle, as well as tons of photos. While they wouldn't allow me to bring in an outside lender, they were able to match the rate and terms that I wanted.If you're buying a car, either in-person or from out-of-state, I'd highly recommend giving Kyle a call!(Photo was from the road trip back to Kansas City)
