I would give less than one star if I could.I've been having Hobart service my commercial kitchens for over 18 years. If you can get them to commit to a job, they do great work. However, their ability to administrate their office and provide good customer service has been a big issue over the years. I have experienced several "no shows."Now they are using an electronic system to book their appointments. You get a human initially that books you, and then you get lost in their electronic appointment system. To me, Hobart is just gaslighting clients. They are just gaffing off customers for days (that's all it really is after all.). They promise to show up and don't show up at all. Their electronic system just rolls you over to the next open appointment they can see you; but then that day comes, and you just get rolled over again. I'm looking for someone else.Services: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Very unresponsive, getting hold of someone is way too difficult. Just needed to get an invoice because what they ended up charging was higher than expected. This isn't a difficult request - it's not technical, it's not up to a fragile supply chain, it's not something that should take them much time.So in summary, they may charge you more than they tell you and when you call and email them to ask why, you may not be able to get hold of anyone. Good luck.

I am the Executive Chef for the Wenatchee Convention Center and we recently purchased a new dish machine from Hobart. Install went well and we had no major problems. Follow up service was fast and professional. Thank you Hobart Spokane!!
