Kudos to Mikey at the E Indiana Ave store in Spokane for his excellent customer service skills! This guy belongs in retail. He has a great personality and was very helpful!

I came into the Spokane Valley location last week. I usually use North Division location since I live in Elk. When I walked in door I heard this male voice offering me a cart that would run smooth. I am using a cane, wearing a boot on left foot. As I shopped in floral I could hear this man greeting customers, calling employees to help registers. I knew he had to be a CSM. I asked at the register when checking out and was told his name was Mikey. Before leaving I went up to him, calling his name and told him he was a great employee and if I was still a retail manager I would steal him in a minute to work for me. Actually wherever I worked I would want him as a employeee. Keep him happy Hobby Lobby he is a huge gift in this day. Customer service is sad in most stores!!

I enjoy Hobby Lobby because of the prices and selection.... there are items there that Michael's just doesn't have. However, not ALL the workers seem glad to be there, especially on a sunny weekend ??

It's a Hobby Lobby. Lots of Jesus Merch, Craft stuff, and fun things to look at! My friend and I enjoyed ourselves immensely as we wandered around searching for decor. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially one particular gentleman who spent a lot of energy to simply greet people and wish them well. The store was clean, well stocked, and it was easy to find what we were looking for just by following signs.
Plus, some of the decor was just hilarious
"Will Trade sister for a Dinosaur" and "Sassy Girl's Club" being highlights.

Well as a Canadian, anytime I get to come down to a hobby lobby I am like a kid in a candy shop. I spent roughly two -ish hours there. The store was very well organized, well stocked even with them switching seasons. I even had two staff go way out of their way to help me try and find an alternative to something I was looking for. I truly just wish they would ship to Canada!!
