Be sure not to ask for ken in the electrical has to be be laziest grumpiest old man ever if you want somebody not to do their job or to send you after something else you're not looking for he's the man ask for a 32-in light bulb he'll tell you we got 48 inch lights over How does that help me when I'm looking for 32-in lights I really hope you guys fire him or retire him he doesn't want to work at all Will send you on a wild goose chase around the store instead of doing his job

Customer service desk is useless. Sent me over to self checkout instead of checking me out for a single item. There are NO cashiers. At all. So you have to go to self checkout and wait for a single, over worked attendant to help you. Even in the PRO section, it's still self checkout. Corporate needs to fix this. Not everything can be self checkout, and customer service should actually be capable of helping the customer.

I respect following the rules, because rules help hold the more destructive aspects of the human condition in check. Those are the two purposes of rules: protect people and keep things moving smoothly to increase customer service...
With the spirit and purpose of rules being so obvious, how does one of your cashiers and one of your managers cause a delay and humiliate a veteran in the name of "rules"? Do they not understand why rules are in place? Do they not understand how they took time to work against the greater purpose of ALL rules and how did such ignorant people end up in these positions??? Why did you not educate them?? Have they been educated since???
