If I could give no stars, I would , the gal I spoke with over the phone concerning my was so rude, she kept reminding me that the amount was paying was only this so much $$, to ne its what I can pay, like it was not enough, along with telling me I would have to double my payments to even make any head way, even when paying ahead, gal via email took awhile to answer me back on further questions on my loan as I emailed back let her know what I have questions on. Not besides my payments fluctuate with the interest. Poor customer service not happy with service, when I am trying to pay my loan down

The last review I put on here didn’t show up so I’m going to share again. I was charge $1500 for two months of a lapsed insurance and the internal workings and value in this service after three weeks of chasing people down is really discouraging. When a business has wonderful customer service from the people but that is tethered to bureaucracy the value goes down significantly. I will never recommend this credit union to anyoneThey blow it off I could a third-party high risk policy when it’s actually through their own company.My automatic payments weren’t set up correctly two different times and then I go ahead and get calls and harassment from collectors 4 to 5 times a day and then I try to make a payment over the phone and nobody can help me do it, unreal

So its Thursday morning around 10:45am. Just like all people we have things going on in life. I was just rear ended by a car without insurance and it made me rear end trailer in front of me. My Audi is parked in the parking lot of horizon credit union. Needless to say I'm super upset, waiting on the tow truck I kindly went and asked if I could use the restroom to wash up my hands and also I needed to use the restroom, I was about to pee my pants. There were 2 people working. A Male and a female. Both were extremely rude and refused to let me use the restroom. Not 1 customer in the building. This is a perfect example of women being mean and caddy. As I walked out the lady yells sarcastically "have a great day" as I'm already in tears over my car. Its absurd to me that businesses want people like this working for them. I would be ashamed if that were my business. No reason to treat people like that. I hope that management takes this serious. You never what someone's going threw. I am disgusted!

We had no problems banking with horizon in Coeur d' Alene. But this branch has been one problem after another. We had to give them our new address three separate times before they updated it correctly. My husbands chip stopped working so we went in and they said they'd send another card in the mail. The order was obviously never placed because we never got the card. Then we went in to cancel my card because I lost it and instead she cancels my husbands card so now we have no cards. Will be switching banks since we cannot get any help at our local branch with horizon.
