Went to this location to file taxes was told they needed a second opinion from the IRS, that it would take a day maybe 2. IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS! THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND EMAILS. SEEMS LIKE THEIR JUST STEALING PEOPLES INFORMATION! NOW WERE BEING TOLD THAT WE CANT FILE ANYWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALREADY STARTED OUR PROCESS! A WASTE OF TIME! REPORTED TO BBB!

The worst!! Quoted me a price then came out way higher. One gal started my return got it messed up the manger took over . She managed to screw it up too!! This was my 2022 tax return just a couple of months ago I get a letter from the IRS stating there are missing documents to prove or show the sales of property & my income. Fortunately the office in Arizona where I live now sent it in. But I’m still waiting to hear from the IRS. Biggest headache ever no thanks to this office.

Never have I ever dealt with such an untrustworthy and dishonest company. They charge a heavy fee for the most basic of tax functions and sell you on “guaranteed credits” on you tax return just to be told that the credit they applied didn’t qualify. They do not hold to their own standards and are trained to lie to the customers to keep them using this overpriced services. I was told by a escalations specialist “we did not fully understand the tax credit they offered”. Some “tax professionals” you have there. Never again will I use them for any financial or tax related issues. Disgusting business practices. Thanks for nothing Pam.
