Never have I ever dealt with such an untrustworthy and dishonest company. They charge a heavy fee for the most basic of tax functions and sell you on “guaranteed credits” on you tax return just to be told that the credit they applied didn’t qualify. They do not hold to their own standards and are trained to lie to the customers to keep them using this overpriced services. I was told by a escalations specialist “we did not fully understand the tax credit they offered”. Some “tax professionals” you have there. Never again will I use them for any financial or tax related issues. Disgusting business practices. Thanks for nothing Pam.

Read reviews online for Michelle and was so impressed I went to see for myself. All her great reviews are well deserved. I have every intention of returning every year just knowing I will have someone having my back.

It's absolutely insane that they charge as much as they do to not even get your taxes right. I would have been better off doing it myself and just googling everything. Don't ever get a tax "professional”.

They did my taxes. Less than 3 weeks later I get a letter in the mail saying I'm being audited and now I cannot get them to answer the phone or can't get a hold of anyone at all it's been a challenge to get the chance to talk to anyone from h&r Block.

First my daughter came in to ask a question about w2's. On that day you quoted her as her return would be over $2,000.00. Then when I filled out her taxes online I got a little over 1,000.00. So she came back to you to do her tax return and her actual return was a little over $1,000.00.Now my question is, why did she have to pay $80.00 out of pocket? Also you didn't even e file it. It came to her in snail mail. So again I ask why she had to pay $80.00 out of pocket to file a 10ez?????

Quick easy stop for your taxes. They have screens that face the customer so you can see what they're inputting. I've used Randal P for the last 2 years, he's knowledgeable and efficient.
