I've been an ICCU member for many years and was thrilled when the CU moved to Washington. Staff at the Spokane Valley branch on Broadway are super nice and always offer outstanding service.

Wow, what an amazing team! When I walked into the branch I was caught off guard by a big warm welcome from every single teller. Their customer service, subject knowledge, professionalism and personalities made for a great experience. I'm so glad that I bank with ICCU!

ATM doesn’t allow withdrawals from other banks. Was going to switch over since it’s near my house, but after this wasting my time to find out I’d rather go somewhere else that can handle all the banks I go through if needed.
