The State of Washington changed how they allowed Insurance companies doing business in the state to set rates! In the past people with great credit scores received lower rates from all companies because as a group they didn't have as many claims. When it was time to renew my insurance the team at Inland NW Insurance checked with other companies to find the best possible rates. Plus they offered me suggestions on how I could save additional money. I was really impressed with how hard they worked at saving me money! I highly recommend. They give me protection on my home, boat and vehicles.

I originally received a quote from Katie and the cost was pretty similar to what I currently had. Then a few months went by and i received a call and Katie stated she had re-ran our information and a ticket had dropped off and she was able to save us a significant amount. We were so happy with the personal attention! We also appreciate how responsive she is whenever we have questions or changes to make to our policy.I have given out your information to several people who were looking at changing companies as i am happy recommend you.

This is THE BEST insurance agency around! Highly recommended! We get our commercial insurance from Inland Northwest - we're an Archaeology firm so a little atypical but Steve Florance and his crew figured out just what we needed. Several times a year we win a contract that requires an insurance certificate and Inland Northwest is always right on top of it - they send out the certificate within hours! Now that's good service!!
