Absolutely perfect service and workmanship. Got me in right away and went above my expectations. They took extra care in reattaching my dash cam and did a better job routing the wiring than how it was provided to them. They also vacuumed the front seats and floors. Would never go elsewhere.

This is the second time I have used their services for windshield replacement. They have the best prices. They also explained why another company refused to repair my rock chips. It has to do with what insurance will cover. I will always come here for this.

Called about 8:45 am and spoke with Slavik who was very knowledgeable and efficient. He took my information and VIN to confirm they had a windshield in place. After I confirmed they worked with State Farm I told him I needed to start a claim. My agent opened at 9:00 am and I told him about our broken windshield. The agent sent authorization to Jacobs Auto Glass and they contacted us to schedule an appointment. We agreed on 10:30 am. They were ready when we arrived and we were on our way home by 11:15 am with a new windshield installed. Amazingly quick and easy!

pros: my rear passenger window got smashed in, and they changed the glass pretty quickly and vacuumed all of the glass out of my car so that was super clutch of them!
cons: the front desk person and the billing(?) person werent that warm or welcoming. and then halfway through them changing my glass, the billing person told me that they dont accept the amount my insurance (progressive) agreed to pay them for their services; they said it wasnt enough. i called my insurance company the day before going into this appointment and they said that changing my glass is going to be completely free for me, and i wont have to pay anything at the appointment. but now the billing person told me that i will have to pay out of pocket and then send a bunch of paperwork to my insurance to get a full reimbursement? because if they bill my insurance they will only pay for $100 of the service and i will have to pay for the rest? and then the billing person was like yeah idk why progressive does this but you need to take care of it now as their customer, we wont fix it. so i paid almost $300 that i wasnt planning on paying and then after they finished changing my glass i called my insurance company back to see how i could get a reimbursement. when i get on the phone with the person from progressive they were like ???? why would they do that. when someone contracts with us, they agree to the pricing we will pay them. you shouldnt be dealing with this. and now i have to wait two weeks to get a check in the mail to be reimbursed the $300.
idk this happened a couple of days ago and maybe im still just a little upset because i had a lot of other things going on in my life at the time and doing someone elses job was the cherry on top of my week; but i have worked in customer service for a while now & i wouldnt not be nice, warm, and kind to someone especially if i was asking them to do my job for me? also i wouldnt ask a customer of that anyways. and also why would you tell me that youre not going to cover the full cost in the middle of changing my glass when you had my claim from my insurance at the time of me making the appointment? idk. all i know is i wont be coming back here again, too much of a headache for me.

My driver side window fell off the track. These folks got me in immediately and fixed it in an hour. Price was very reasonable, and the service was top notch. I had called other places that wanted set up an appointment a week or 2 from the time of the problem. Would recommend them for your auto glass needs.
