My wife and I bought a 2013 gmc terrain from this shady company got scammed brought concerns they brushed it off was disrespectful got mad because we didn’t take it and told them something put false documentation in records that is false had some old man that works there do an oil change and then we had some foamy stuff show up where u put the oil they made an excuse always wanted our vehicle there but could work with our schedule knowing we worked 6 days a week and could provide a loaner when asked! They was all rude! Now still dealing with issues and they have returned phone calls or emails Ryan ignores emails and won’t return calls when messages are left! I’m taking this further and as far as I need to! I be damned if a company will put false documentation on papers and try to screw my wife and I! Do not do business with this company they will screw you if they have the chance buyer beware run run run!!!!!! I regret this place with everything in me

Justin was amazing! Answered every question we had kindly and professionally, was extremely knowledgeable. I don’t usually enjoy car shopping because people tend to make it feel so salesy but with Justin we felt he had our best interest in mind and was honestly a 10/10 experience:) give Justin a raise!!

Absolutely the best car-buying experience I've ever had! Justin was amazing—he helped me find the perfect ride for my family and went the extra mile to make sure I got into the car I wanted. Even when I started second-guessing myself after doing more research, he reassured me by making sure I had a warranty that would cover anything that could go wrong, which gave me the peace of mind I needed.
When it came time to sign the paperwork, it just happened to be pizza day—and yes, he even offered us a couple slices! Talk about great service. To top it all off, during the test drive when my baby started crying, Justin didn’t hesitate to help—he even held my baby's bottle. That kind of care and attention is rare.

We cannot thank JUSTIN at Jennifer’s Auto Sales enough for helping my family find the perfect vehicle! He went above and beyond for us—literally spending day in and day out making sure we got the best fit with a great warranty. When we went for a test drive, Justin even helped feed my baby his bottle and entertain during test drives so I didn’t have to stress—what other car salesman does that?!
When we came back, he celebrated with us over pizza he offered and made the whole experience feel special and family-centered. Justin isn’t just about selling cars—he’s about taking care of people. Justin completely shattered the “pushy car salesman” stereotype. He was upfront, patient, and actually made buying a car enjoyable. He listened carefully to what I wanted, worked with my budget, and never tried to pressure me. Even after the sale, he went above and beyond—helping me troubleshoot a dead battery while camping with his family.
Josh in service was just as amazing. He replaced a backup camera and my battery quickly, answered all my questions, set up my Sirius radio, and explained my warranty thoroughly.
If you’re nervous about buying or servicing a car, ask for Justin and Josh. Hands down the best dealership experience I’ve ever had!

Car shopping is one of my least favorite things. Especially needing to find a reliable fairly priced used car quickly.
I remember seeing Jennifer's lot last winter & took a chance.
I was looking for a Nissan Rogue & Jennifer's website listed 6.
My online inquiry was responded to very quickly by Justin. I'm not easy to please but Justin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & couldn't have been kinder.
The next business day I arrived to check out the Nissans. I was assisted by Gerry who was amazing, a description he definitely earned.
Within a couple hours i had checked out all the Nissan Rogues & one Nissan Kicks. I chose my Rogue & Ryan, the finance manager took it from there. Ryan definitely knows his business & had my financing quickly approved with a great rate.
I can't say enough positives about Justin, Gerry, Ryan & the nice office lady.
Jennifer's team made me feel valued and turned a scary situation into a simple, painless & even fun experience.
Well done; you all deserve a 10 star rating.

I had a wonderful experience at Jenifer’s! My salesman, Justin, was absolutely amazing—he was enthusiastic, joyful, and truly cared about making the car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. Chad my salesman was great, so was everyone I dealt with at Jennifers. I picked up a beautiful car 05C6 vette. It was as described and has since been checked out by my local chevy dealership A+ and new tires installed. I couldn't be happier!
