I went in for an oil change and also needed help finding my oil cap that I forgot to put back on. Yhey were so nice about it and found it somewhere beneath my car. It was very fast & a pleasant experience, I would recommend jiffy lube on sprague and McDonald!

Everyone who works here is extremely friendly, the service was excellent and they even went as far as explaining what I did & didn't need replacing just yet (i.e. cabin air filter, showing me exactly what mine looked like at the time and how many more oil changes I could go before replacing it again)
