I was told I would be charged extra to substitute a comparable meat on their Italian sandwich. I didn’t want the capocollo and asked instead for more of the salami (not additional, just a replacement for the meat I don’t prefer). A $2.25 up-charge is unwarranted for the same quantity of meat. Additionally, capocollo is more expensive than salami, so the math is not adding up.

Gotta say that the art of good customer service is nearly dead, but Dan the assistant general manager at the pines location proved that its not gone. He was awesome, personable, polite, and got my order taken care of quickly. Very well done sir.

Best service in a fast food place ever! We had never been to JJ before. The manager (?) who said he had worked there 5 years was so nice and personable. He took a lot of time to help us decide what we wanted because we were used to other places which shall remain nameless :). Our sandwich was so good. We split it but wished we had each gotten one. Next time.... Anyway, he made us want to come back. Last thing, I was staring at what turned out to be 9 grain bread. It looked incredible. He gave us a slice to try. Thank you!!

We had Jimmy John's cater a picnic for a group of 43 people. We ordered a wide variety of sandwiches. All were very good. Delivery to a park pavilion was right on time and delivery person was polite and friendly and helped lay out the sandwiches. Very impressed with the ease of ordering over the phone. Overall we were very ery satisfied.Vegetarian options: good veggie sandwich

Extremely disappointed to see how the owner handles their employees with small mistakes... While I was in the store ordering food witnessed the owner yelling at the employee that didn't seem much older then 16 because she did her job " to fast?" Apparently she wiped tables down to fast for the owners liking and said that she didn't do her job because it was "to fast" even though while I was in there she had wiped down all the tables.... There's not very many tables to wipe down so I don't imagine it would take very long... I just hope thats not how you handle things on a normal basis belittling your staff to the point of tears is kind of ridiculous in my opinion. And also idk why you would reprimanding your staff like that in front of customers. Do better.

Delivers was fast. Food was not up to par. Half my sandwich had Avocado. I asked for mayo and mustard packets got none. Called to ask about it. Because now I've wasted my lunch and was offered a side of Avocado. .

The food has always been good, but they're no where near freaky fast with delivery anymore. They've got a new girl delivering and 3 times in a row now it's taken her 30 minutes or more once I've received the 'Out For Delivery' notification. I live a half mile from the store.Obviously, judging by the response, the owner of this location uses an automated response system instead of reaching out personally. Ironic and funny that it mentions the fact that they focus on orders arriving Freaky Fresh!

i dont know his name only spoke to him on the phone but the manager at this pace needs a raise, ordered lunch online for me and my coworkers and the computer system went MIA but i still got charged. dude got us our food and all taken care of , give him a raise!!!!!
