Check in and out was super easy with an option on mobile devices so you save time at the front desk. No issues with the ladies at the desk. I got a room with 2 queen beds and the carpet was a little dirty and curtains had a hole in them but other than that the room was nice with a microwave and mini fridge. I couldn't hear anyone in the adjacent rooms. Hot tub and pool were open until 11 and I had them both to myself for an hour so that was nice although the hot tub was a bit foamy and not hot enough for me personally. Breakfast was from 6 to 9 and had a lot of choices but the eggs could use some work as they were too salty and didn't have the texture of real eggs. The location is good and I wasn't worried about my safety. I looked on Uber eats and there aren't a lot of options for food late at night. Overall I would stay here again, I paid just under $120 total for one night on a Sunday.

Stayed here to for 2 nights. It's a motel. Not too expensive for this day and age. What get my vote is the breakfast bar. Opens at 6 so you can get coffee. Hot Scrambled eggs/sausage are ready and waiting. (Scrambled eggs are from a box. Contains milk!) However they have hard boiled eggs! What's not to love about boiled eggs and coffee! Lots of other goid breakfast food. The staff was fun too! I'd go back.
Rooms: The ONE noticeable item was the AC unit. It stays on, which is soooo much better that going on and off all night! Beds were good. A gob of pillows. Poer in the bedside lamp, table, couch and a desk. THAT was different.

We booked this hotel just for the pool and hot tub after a long 2 week trip. When we arrived, we were told it was down for maintenance. This was very disappointing as we were paying $188 for a one night stay. We don't usually spend this much for 1 night but thought we would shell out so our family could relax and go swimming on our last night of holidays. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and apologetic. I wish we would have known about the pool before booking as I would have chosen somewhere else with a pool or something cheaper without a pool. That being said, the young ladies at the front desk were very nice, our room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is a nice grassy area with a garbage can and pet waste bags on the side of the building that make taking your pet for a potty break easy.

Had an apartment fire and the company helping with the hotel stay and my insurance got me a hotel here until I can get back into my apartment. The staff has been incredible to me, rhe service is great all around including house keeping. My rooms awesome and I can do everything still to live my life. Amazing breakfast lineup. And I mean amazing. 24 hr gym also which is nice. I picked the right place and feel very lucky anyways.

I've stayed here several times before, so I had expectations of a similar good experience, but this place has gone downhill. The carpet in the hall has stains as big as my fist and there were mildew stains on the edges of the bathroom walls. On top of that the pool was closed, and the lady behind me said this is the 4th time she has come here while the pool happened to be closed. Hmm. The whole stay was just very disappointing. I'm going to find another hotel when I come to town, because it would take a lot of renovation at this point to turn this place around. There is no reason they should charge as much as the nicer hotels in the area.

We stayed at this hotel 2 weeks ago, and again from 10/13-10/16 and the pool has been closed everytime we go. Same excuse a kid had an accident in the pool. They need to start charging the guests that had an accident a cleaning few.
I pay close to $150 a night to have no pool or spa access. I'm getting cancer treatments in spokane but chose this hotel to stay at when we are in town.. The spa is an amenity we look forward to to relax our muscles after a long days for treatments. I didn't get a chance to talk to the manager this morning as I was in a hurry. I want to continue to stay at this location. I absolutely love this place. Staff lovely & always helpful, breakfast always good place has a decent gym..
Rooms: Rooms are always clean bed & pillows soft. Shower was hot with great water pressure
Safety: It is very safe there
Walkability: Subway & a gas station was walking distance.

It was what one would expect. No more no less. I am sure the more expensive places are nicer and likely have fewer trucks...but there is like a ups or FedEx place nearby and delivery trucks drove by all night. You get what you pay for.
Rooms: The room was fairly nice. Again you get what you pay for and this is one of the cheaper places in town.

My husband does dialysis every night and the staff was great about getting the cases into the room before we got there. Perfect set up for the dialysis machine.

The bed was slightly soft and not as firm as we are used to. The shower had amazing pressure and was able to get really hot. This location was central to our shopping needs. Hot breakfast was available every morning and fresh.
Staff were very friendly. Room was clean as well as the reception area. Good parking available and plentiful.
Nearby activities: Close to Spokane Valley Mall and restaurants, fast food and sit down meals.

Nice staff and clean hotel. Gym was very impressive the pool not so much but good for kids to burn some energy. Breakfast was great they had things like eggs,sausage,biscuits and gravy. Close to stores and etc but tucked in enough in the industrial area that it was very peaceful. Id recommend this place to anybody.

Had such a lovely stay! Everyone here is so nice and I was made to feel right at home. I travel a decent amount for work and this lovely facility had all the creature comforts I could want. Thank you guys!
Rooms: Nothing over the top but exactly what I needed.
