This motel is run by Wyndham. I said I would never go to a Wyndham motel again but I did. They do the bare minimum. The amenities for the bathroom were ridiculous. NO juice at breakfast. I was really shocked So ice water it was! The only good things were the front counter people and it was very clean.

Very happy with this place. Would recommend. However they don't do fresh cookies in the evening anymore. Oh and no corkscrew on site.

We have stayed here before and always loved it. They are super pet friendly. We had to stay here last night when we evacuated from the Gray Road fire. They allowed us and all of our house pets to stay here, despite it being against their policy to have so many pets per room. I was so thankful and cannot recommend them highly enough. To have a safe place to take my family and my fur babies made me believe in the kindness of others again. If you stay here, I have no doubt that you and your family will be in good hands.

Positives:Clean modern facility in general.Comfortable in-room height make-up desk.In-room make-up remover provided.In-room toilet/shower area separate (by door) from sink area.In-room closet space.In-room generous and well placed electrical outlets.Good selection of full fat and low fat yogurt at Breakfast buffet.Friendly and professional front desk staff.Negatives:Very slight musty smell in room; not offensive, livable.Rear parking lot not directly accessible from main motel; need to exit and use shared driveway with other businesses.Bottomline: Would stay here again without hesitation. Good value.

We stayed here for two weeks. The room was so nice, clean, quiet, peaceful. The bed was perfect and we slept so good each night. Our room had a nice large flatscreen TV. The room had a nice larger mini fridge, mircrowave, coffeemaker, nice sofabed. The staff was friendly, helpful, very pleasant. The breakfast area had nice selections to choose from. We enjoyed the pool and spa. The fitness center was a large size, many exercise tools to use. The wifi was great. There was a nice business center but we did not need to use it. Overall, we highly recommend this place. It was great!!!

The location of this hotel is not ideal for anyone that wants to do any walking it is in the industrial area which we knew but it proved to be more inconvenient than originally thought. Upon entering the room we noticed large stains on the carpet, splatters of who knows what on the walls and mildew around the drains in the bathroom. Within a couple hours of being checked into the hotel we noticed that the toilet had backed up not because of our use and because of the time of night (about 9pm) we’re told that there is no maintenance staff on shift so we were made to clean a backed up toilet ourselves that wasn’t even caused by us… eww. The Wi-Fi did not work for the entire duration of our stay aside from a few brief moments in time. As customers who were not from the USA this was hard because Wi-Fi is the only way of communication with people at home. When we originally complained about the toilet backing up and the Wi-Fi we were given a $25 discount on our room cost… which after exchange rate was still over $800 for 3 nights after the discount. Upon check out the man at the desk was super understanding and did increase our discount however would not recommend this hotel, and we will definitely not be staying here again.

my family of 4 stayed, two adults, and two teenage boys.. was very pleased overall. Had come for Silverwood. Yes this location is in the industrial area, but that didn't bother us. The staff, seemed friendly, and professional.

Stayed here to goto silverwood. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Stayed 3 nights. Front desk is amazing. Breakfast is basic but waffles are on point. Full gym and pool. Housekeeping accommodation is wonderful every day if you want it. Will definitely come back.

Stay was horrible from the beginning. As soon as we opened the door our room smelled disgusting. I went downstairs to tell them and was told, “all I could do is febrezze it.” Super upsetting because of how strong the odor was. Once I got back to the room my husband immediately showed me the black mold in the freezer. So I went back downstairs asking for a new room and showed the front desk photos. I was told, “oh well I can give you a new refrigerator but it won’t have a freezer, is that ok?” - I said, “The entire room smells of mold and I have a 4 year old son. There’s no way he’s staying in that room. Can you change our room?” I was then told, “No, sorry we are all booked, and we haven’t had our air freshener supply delivered in a while to get rid of the musty smell.” I said, “Um, an air freshener isn’t going to get rid of black mold and who knows how long it’s been growing there. Which means no one is checking it!” I was then told, “I was just in that room this morning and it smelled fine, just a bit musty, but all of our rooms smell musty.” - Good lord, I seriously can’t believe the things I was told by the front desk employees. Absolutely ridiculous.

I am a long-time La Quinta rewards member and normally leave 5-star reviews. Why? Because La Quinta loves my pets, so I love them. There are never any hassles traveling with my critters, fees, or a 10-page legal document to sign. Unfortunately, this was not a 5-star stay. After a long trip, I called to see if we could check in early. The manager said no and that they were full. I said that I'd come in at normal check in. Then, he gives me a loooong story about how busy they are, one person didn't show up for work, blah, blah, blah and he could not guarantee a check in time. (btw, staffing issues, etc, are not your customers' concern) There was absolutely NO empathy that the customer had been on the road for hours, in 96+ degree heat, with pets in tow.I arrived a little after check-in time, to get an update, and at the counter was the manager and a woman. They both ignored me. They started discussing my reservation with each other and kept referring to me in the third person....I finally said, "If by 'she and her,' you mean me, I'm standing right here." They just turned back to the computer....no apology, no friendliness, no eye contact. I have NEVER been treated this rudely at a La Quinta, nor anywhere else for that matter. Finally got checked in. The people in the room next to us were partying loudly from the moment we checked in. Finally called the front desk at 10:00pm and this was the response: "Quiet hours are 11:00pm...if the noise continues, call back." So, you can make as much noise as you want until 11:00pm and the rest of the guests just have to put up with it?It's not that the hotel was overbooked...it was not the delay...nor even the noisy neighbors, it was the abject coldness toward a loyal customer that shocked me.The two stars are for the modern surroundings, and clean rooms (thank you housekeeping staff...you rock). Also, Angelina and Carla were super friendly, helpful, considerate, and PROFESSIONAL...please promote either to manager. I will NEVER stay here again....I'd rather pitch a tent in the park.

Rooms were great. The pool and hot spa were really warm but there was an issue with the hot spa being cold once and the water slightly murky. Besides that I loved this place.Food & drinks: Great breakfast and available snacks/drinks

Stayed here based on overall reputation of La Quinta - I wish I would’ve chosen to stay at the other location, maybe.Check in was a mess. They didn’t honor my room preference/request and charged me more to switch to a different room type as a result. They made us change the reservation to my partner’s name because it was his credit card.We finally get to the room, and it was pretty small and hadn’t been renovated in a while. There was next to no soundproofing, you could hear in the hall, your upstairs neighbor, next door neighbor, etc. I barely slept.Final note. The location is close to the highway… but in a weird industrial area of Spokane Valley.

Hotel is in an industrial area but only 5 min to freeway and 2 min to a couple gas stations. Hotel grounds are clean, lobby is all new, and room were clean and contemporary. Overall I had a great stay here for 3 days while attending an event for my family. Area is quiet and safe and breakfast is good and always stocked during breakfast hours. Breakfast was the same each day, but no complaints here there is plenty to chose from. Hotel staff was all friendly and accommodating to my needs. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice affordable place to stay while in Spokane area.

I was pleasantly surprised. I was nervous because it was off the beaten path a bit, in a industrial area. However, room was clean and cozy. Breakfast could be improved. Kevin at the front desk is nice! I'd stay again
