Definitely a 5 star!! I got a flat tire on the way to work and put on the donut spare only to find out the lug nuts for my wheels didn't tighten enough to secure the spare (they had caps.) So very carefully I drove to Les Swab and told them my issue. Seriously within 20 minutes im walking out the door and my van is completely done!! Flat tire repaired, installed back on vehicle and ready to go! They even gave me a set of lug nuts that will secure the spare for if there's a next time. All this for no $ and so fast and courteous.

had a total brake failure in my 1 ton diesel pickup pulling up fully loaded RV trailer and they got me I pulled in and was there first thing in the morning and I mean like I parked overnight right there in the parking lot was there first thing when the doors open and got my all my brakes done and was on my way by lunchtime!! A+ SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND, YO‼️ And THIS is THE LOCATION to go to, too!!! Right around the corner from the truck stop on East Broadway and i-90. No lines, plenty of stalls, super friendly and accommodating staff.... Can't say enugf about 'em!!!!

We use this location for both of our vehicles. Great service. Fast. Very professional. I really don't have any criticisms.
Edit: the last several times we have come here, they've pushed for unnecessary services. Had a slow leak and they told me my rims needed to be replaced at a cost of almost $1,000.
Went to another local tire shop and they just said that we needed to clean the edges of the rims. They charged us $30 to do it.
We've also had some other bad experiences here and won't be coming back.

This review is for the Les Schwab on Alki Ave in Spokane Valley. My husband and I were headed out of town when a tire pressure light came on. After putting some air in the tires (none looked low visually) we gingerly drove to this Les Schwab location since it's where we go to have our winter tires switched out. The employees at the desk and the person who fixed our tire were kind, professional and efficient. They found the nail in one tire immediately, and had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. And they didn't charge us anything! We were very grateful and impressed.

I wish I could say this was my best experience ever, they took my money for an alignment and mount and balance. Not only do I already need a new alignment they never mentioned the ball joints out and a number of issues. Less than a month already need an alignment? I don’t make a lot of money and to get screwed over again smh

Very Impressed! One of our work trucks blew a tire just coming off the freeway. Our trucks are heavy and have dual rear tires, so they are not very easy to put a spare on. We called Les Schwab and they dispatched a mobile guy. Shortly after, Rob arrived and went to work. He was extremely good at his job and had the tire fixed in no time!! I couldn't believe how fast we were back on the road. Thank you Les Schwab, for taking care of us so we can continue to take care of our customers!

Best experience ever. I was in a bad situation needing 4 new tires for out of town business. My morning started with a blow out before the freeway and a nail in the other. I was told about the finance and applied. I was approved. So there you go. 4 new tires and an alignment the next more. I was gone in the wind after that. The repairs were quick. Good service. I was greeted upon entry. The place was clean. They had popcorn and coffee available. The end

Came here to air up my truck tires , got rejected, was told that they can’t air them up since I didn’t buy them from them …. “ great service shwabees “ 👎
End up free air from truck stop 2 blocks away with great service
NO MORE LES SHWAB FOR ME as a trucker I bought tire from them for last 12 years and this is what I get back
