Went in today for a kitchen faucet repair, wasn't sure about what I needed. Got some help from Don from lawn and garden. Explained what I need and he helped me get everything required to do the job. Great job, Excellent customer service. It worked thanks.

Trey is a wonderful asset to this store, and the company. This specific Lowes is the one I go out of my way to go to. The staff here is understanding, polite, kind and have good values. This Lowe's donated 20 plants to a local church, they didn't have to, but they did. This is my Lowe's, thanks again Trey!

Ordered a vanity through lowes, and when it arrived at my house it was in bad shape. Called customer service and they let me know someone from this store would call me to set up a pick up for this item. I never received a call, so 3 days later, I went into the store to see if I could set the pick up. Apparently, no one was there at 5pm to take care of this. I later went in one more time and got the same service. Called customer service 3 more times as they tried to send more notices to this store to contact me. I finally gave up and had to rent a uhaul to bring it to this store. When I got there I asked to talk to a manager and what I got was you can walk to the back to talk to him. I left my phone # to contact me and never received a phone call. Worst customer service ever!

I had forgotten how great the Spokane Valley store is. So much more selections than the my hometown store. The isles were for the most part were uncluttered which was amazing!

So I went in and got some wire brushes for a drill and they didn't work on what I was doing got a 6pc and tried Two of them and they would not return it because of the Two I tried to use just wrong and a waste of 25 bucks!!!!!
