Hotel is fine...Nothing special. Overcharged us by mistake. Then I made the unfortunate mistake of leaving some belongings behind. I reached out to the hotel 4 times. First they transfered me to lost& found, I left a message . ..no response. Called back twice spoke to 3 different people. Lots of confusion, was transfered several times. At one point I got a 1-sentence email from someone saying they found nothing in my room but then I spoke to another guy & he said he was still looking into it....still waiting.

Room was very large, and clean. Things look dated but everything was nice .. I had a room on the first floor with a sliding door that opened to the parking lot, I do not like sliders on the first floor. Complimentary breakfast was amazing!

The staff at the front desk were amazing. The hotel, itself, is pretty outdated. It’s in a good location & comfortable enough, though! The A/C in my room didn’t work & the restaurant randomly cancelled my order I placed for room service & didn’t fix it.

Our family chose to stay at the Mirabeau when we gathered in Spokane for our mother's celebration of life. There was enough space for gathering and the restaurant accommodated us impressively.Rooms: Beds were very comfortable. The shower was great. Room temperature was nicely adjustable.Food & drinks: We really enjoyed their breakfast. Haven't tried other meals but suspect they are equally enjoyable.

Stayed here for one night, my normal hotel was full. A nice facility and my room was clean and quiet. Looked to be more to explore, but I was in and out with little time spent other than sleep. Good location and I would certainly stay here again if work location shifts to the east.

The Mirabeau Park was fine, but I would say it was average overall. The room was clean and nice enough. The lobby and hallways were nothing special, just average. A good, basic place to stay with no frills.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I REPEAT DO NOT RISK YOUR SANITY NOR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR THE SCUM MANAGEMENT. I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH PAUL AND HE STRAIGHT LIED TO MY FACE AND PUT WORDS IN MY MOUTH. I HAVE NEVER FELT SO ANNOYED AND DISGUSTED WITH A HOTEL. THE PARKING LOT IS RIGHT NEXT TO MOST ROOMS. THEY CHARGED ME $295 FOR A BAG OVER THE SMOKE DETECTOR. I EXPLAINED THAT IT WAS BECAUSE I WAS SPRAYING AND FORGOT TO MOVE IT. PAUL LIED & SAID I HAVE CHANGED MY STORY, WHEN MY STORY HAS BEEN CONSISTENT FROM OCTOBER WHEN I STAYED. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. CRACKHEADS IN THE PARKING LOT. STAY IN SPOKANE VALLEY, FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE LOW LIFE EMPLOYEESNoteworthy details: Absolutely awful customer service. Unclean rooms. Dangerous at night

Location is amazing, front desk is spot on perfect, maintenance is quick to respond and friendly. Housekeeping is about as perfect as you can expect for a property this size (even under the bed had no dust). They even have specific pet designated areas which is super helpful for everyone. Never tried the food or the bar, but next time we're in town, this is where we're staying!

My boyfriend recently had his work Christmas party here. The Christmas party was fun and we had a great time. The hotel made sure the food and decorations for the party was 5 stars. Because we knew we're going to be drinking we reserved a deluxe king suite for the night. We reserved it four weeks in advance and also called a week ahead to confirm. That day we arrived an hour early so we'd have time to check in and be ready when the party started. When we arrived they were having issues with their system. It was 5:30 by the time they finished checking us in which made us a half hour late and we still needed to unpack and get dressed. Then to top it off our room was not what we reserved. Instead they gave us a double queen room instead of the king sized suite we'd even confirmed the day before. We were told they installed a new system the day before and that they have a lot of guests and can't ever guarantee a specific room reservation regardless of how far out the reservation is made. They explained, basically you get what they give you when you check in. However they hadn't told us we were getting a different room at checked in. We didn't know until we walked in the room. Also at we were initially asked for a $75 deposit upon checking in but they couldn't figure out how to do the deposit yet on the new system so they checked us in anyway, the other couple who were checking in at the same time paid a cash deposit of $150 but upon checking out the front desk couldn't figure out how to reimburse it because it was a cash deposit so they were told to come back in a week so they could sort it.Another surprise is they don't offer any type of a complimentary breakfast instead they charge you for it.
