My dad has worked here a few years and in my whole life he's never worked for such a phenomenal man. I've never met Steve, the owner and CEO, but he has treated my dad (and from what he says every employee) like family. He treats my dad like a human being and is appreciative of his efforts and has been more than understanding of my dad needing time away for family medical emergencies.Thank you Steve, my dad, Bill, speaks so highly of you and loves working for you. I've never seen him treated like anything more than a replacement worker ant, and he has never deserved it.

I have been working at this place since 2006. The owner cares for employees, gives them a hand when needed. The office manager is sharp and caring. Safety is number 1 priority here, as well as well-being of employees. I really enjoy my employment here. Some of our drivers have been employed here since 1992 and 1995, some retired after working here for 25-35 years; a dispatcher has been here since 1990. By the way, he has been in drivers' shoes, too, so his expectations are realistic. Good benefits, too.

I have been working at Mercer Trucking since 2006. The owner is really caring guy. He will go above and beyond to help out his employees. Some of our drivers have been working here since 1992 and 1995, some retired after working here for two - three decades and more. The dispatcher has been in drivers' shoes too, so his expectations are realistic. The office manager is sharp and caring. I enjoy my employment here

You notice I didn't give 5 stars. I am the owner and have been here as a owner operator and owner for 44 years. We are not perfect but we do care about the motoring public and our drivers. We don't speed up or slow down as a car or pickup would and we have several more tires on the ground that at times can pickup and throw road debris around. My suggestion is when following a large semi give them plenty of cushion so that your car doesn't get hit and if this happens again pick up the phone and call the owner of the company. We will do our best to coach our drivers to be safe and more aware of their surroundings to avoid this issue in the future. Remember if you've got it a truck brought it.

I drove behind one of these trucks on i5 that was flying wrecklessly through a construction area. He was spewing rocks all over the place around smaller cars and all drivers were desperately trying to get away from him. He spit multiple rocks at my car that destroyed my window. I called the company and the director of safety was rude and told me it wasn't their fault. These are the kind of truck drivers that give trucks a bad name.
