10/10 customer service was immaculate! Definitely recommend the dude who helped us was amazing kind and even wished us a good day after I believe this is the best place you can try. It might be a little slow, but my car is very shiny and very clean!

I have never been to a Mister Carwash, but since I was conducting business across the street, I decided to try it. I will not go back again. The vehicles are so close to each other when going through that the vertical brushes that go from the front to the back of your vehicle can not do a proper job. I will continue with using the company I normally do, even if they are a bit out of my way

Love the wash, the 3 entrance can be crazy when it’s busy but overall the vacuum station is clean and employees are friendly.

Although I've come here(Sullivan store) many times, Today my sticker wasn't working but the young gentleman who helped me was so attentive, offered to take off my old sticker and he replaced it with a new sticker on the outside. When I told him I could remove my other sticker by myself, he said well if you can't, you can stop at any of our locations and we will help you. That is great Customer Service! I wish I'd gotten his name.

Doesn't clean the first 15 inches of my car tried 2 different locations. Why pay for a car wash that doesn't wash your car? Will be dropping my monthly payments

It was a normal experience, had to wait for my vacuum the lady next to me what using it cause hers was broken. Super busy. But it's a care ash, does a decent job

They recently put a sign at the exit telling people to turn left instead of driving straight into a curb/ditch. Haven't seen anyone high-centered since, so it's less entertaining than it used to be.The carwash itself is great ??

I washed my car here and it caused scratches, and they told me the general manager will check the camera, but they usually lie to the customer and do not call, and when you place an evaluation on their account, they tell you that they work for you with their team or call the assistance service, but no one answers. Bad management, do not wash your car here
