I go in to find a 4” brake/taillight for our lift van. I found two light’s that look identical except for the color. I asked the assistant manager what’s the difference between the two. He doesn’t know so he asks Phil, “hey, what’s the difference?” Phil says uhhhh, I think one’s reflective and one’s not. Well how bout looking it up or asking someone who actually knows. Isn’t that your job? It’s so hard to find people who actually want to go above and beyond. Terrible customer service.****Update****7/25/23 so I get a message from the owner to call them so they can get more info from my visit. I call the number and they connect me to the store. I ask is this the manager. No I'm filling in kinda we don't have a manager here. So I give him the whole speel and it was obvious he could care less from his tone. I will NEVER GO BACK HERE. Terrible customer service. What has happened to people who actually care. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

When all other parts store couldn’t help me find the part or even believe me the part I brought in came off my Ford this place went above and beyond!!! They even got an important bolt loss so I could properly seal my explorer because the old water outlet wouldn’t let go. Employees here have always been helpful. I will continue to drive the extra 15 miles to this specific store for their employees. Looking forward to rebuilding my grandmas Ford with my kids with ya.

I've been a NAPA customer since I was a kid and use to go with my Dad. Always a fair price and very helpful. The manager is awesome.

Worst customer service I've had in a long time. Older gentlemen stood over my shoulder the whole time then when it came time to buy my items the guy looked at me like I was crazy when i handed him a 100$ dollar bill for a 40$ purchase and refused to take my money saying there's no way in hel* he'd break a 100$ bill. I'm never coming back to this location.

It's an auto parts store, so you already know what to expect here, but having dealt with many different Napa branches over the years this one is always my favorite. The employees are some of the most knowledgeable I've dealt with and seem to help each other out when you have a difficult need.

A good napa employee is few and far between. They sure aren't like they use to be. They have a bunch of dudes that don't care, don't want to care, and maybe just aren't smart enough to give a little effort.The days of napa being good went with all the old timers retiring. Maybe a napa in a small town has good employees, but in spokane, in every location, They are lazy and useless. My 13 yo daughter can do the same job these clowns do.

I really like the napa auto parts chain . If they do not have it in stock it may take 24 hours to get it in. This is if the warehouse has it available. So give them a chance to help you out.

Great place to go for all your car needs. Have everything you could need.
