Worst customer service I have experienced. Had an appt at 12:15, came in and have been waiting for 30 mins. Do not recommend. Find a better local credit Union like STCU.

Re: Loans: This credit union is awesome, but here's what you need to know regarding loans with Numerica. DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN ONLINE! If you want a nice, quick and easy experience, you MUST do everything through your local brach. If you apply online, it starts a process, which goes through remote loan employees who will make the process long, drawn out (weeks), won't return calls for days, and will make the process as inconvenient as humanly possible for you, and also for any potential private seller. For loans, just remember, WORK WITH A LOCAL BRANCH ONLY, and you'll be happy with everything!

Worst Bank ever! Every time I have been there the line is out the door! All the tellers are rude and obese. I have waited anywhere from 20 to 45 mins and never less than 20. There is NO DRIVE THRU!!! Even with appointments you still have to wait 20-30mins. If you are desperate enough to use this bank, you probably have bigger problems! This bank sucks 0/10 would not recommend!Don't even try using the app! it is much worse than the live experience!

Fees, fees, fees!! Be VERY careful with this crooked credit union. If you're diligent with your finances you might be fine, but if you aren't on top of things, this organization will fee you like no other.

If I could give zero stars I would. Been banking here a decade now almost and was told the couldn’t offer me any options to help improve my credit. Why bank at a credit union that doesn’t help you when you need them most. Bank elsewhere

Today my 16yr old wanted to open her own checking account for her first ever job. Zach was very busy and his appointment calender was full for the day but he squeezed us in and was extremely helpful. Zach gave us excellent customer service! Thank you for all your help.

I went into this branch that I’ve banked at for almost seven years to open a representative payee account. The teller needed to ask how to do this. It took 15 minutes for her to tell me they don’t do this at the branch. “It is a back office thing and we don’t schedule those appointments”. Didn’t tell me who to contact or what to do. Thinking of pulling my accounts and moving to a new credit union. This is not the first unhelpful experience I’ve had with them Would NOT recommend.

One of the worst branches in town. The tellers honestly don't know majority of the rules, and make up their own as they go. Elisa, one of the tellers there, marked my check without asking me what I wanted to do with it. That is illegal to do, once I asked for a manager, she said that's what the branch does, when I said without permission? she said no, that's a huge mistake to make and they are not allowed to do that. Elisa straight up lied and said she asked plus she gave me other options. I told the branch manager to check audio recordings and coach her on rules and regulations and making things up. I was told this branch does not have audio recording cameras, just visual. How can you trust a financial institution that doesn't have basic technology to protect their staff and customers? Another time I was told that cashier check fees are there so that a person can have their funds available to them ASAP. That doesn't even make sense, what are these tellers being taught during basic training courses. I worked at a bank for years, and believe me, these are basic things you are suppose to know as a teller. Closing my accounts with them this week.

I am pulling my account from this bank ! My family has banked with them since it was the Spokane railroad credit Union over 40 years there are always broken down whether it's new or old and their tellers tend to be very rude!!!

Highly do not recommend this branch!! SLOWEST SERVICE IN ALL OF SPOKANE! Line out the door and only have 2 people working the front. Spent 25 mins in line just waiting to get helped. They need some serious help!

Had my car loan with Numerica. Extremely poor customer service - closing account. Their rating says it all in my opinion. Update: Pulled funds from my bank for an autopay I canceled three weeks ago. Now I’m told I have to bring proof the money was taken out before I can get a check from them. My fault for not closing account sooner!

Horrible horrible. These people contradict themselves openly on the phone. They miss lead you. They took away my overdraft protection and offered me a loan if that isn't predatory I do not know what is.

Stopped in to use the coin counter machine to deposit some change into my young sons account. Machine was broken. Asked the young lady up front if she had one behind the counter, she hands me a plastic tray and tells me that I can do it myself, she doesn't offer to help. I asked about opening a checking account and if there would be another membership fee, she says she doesnt know and I need to speak to a Banking Rep. And there is a 45 minute wait. Just stares blankly at me, can't be bothered to find out the answer for me. If these are the standards you have for your employees, why not simply replace everyone with a Self service Kiosk?
