I ordered parts for one of our work trucks from them because I live and work in the same town in Spokane, WA and thought I would support a local business. I decided to pick it up from them rather than have it shipped. When the parts arrived, they called to say it was ready to be picked up. The person on the phone warned me that they had a special pickup location at their building due to Covid. No problem I thought. When I went to pick the parts, there were no signs to direct you where to go. Ultimately I had to go through a gate that had a two foot by three foot sign with 8 inch letters that read "NO ADMITTANCE". After trying three more doors, I was greeted by the most rude staff I have ever met. In the end the shipping clerk tried to get physical. I didn't comply, his lucky day. I will not do business with them ever again. I recommend you avoid this business.

Order 2 parts not came on time one was damaged during shipping and they are doing a warranty on it and shipping it to me at no cost I will most definitely but using them again

Ordered a part a week and a half ago and hasn't shipped yet. I asked them if they could check the status of it last week (because I understand things may not be in stock, etc). They said they would check with warehouse and get back to me (this was 4 days ago). I haven't heard back. If it is a shipping delay, that is fine but I would appreciate it if on the 2nd and 3rd time of reaching out, they could at least tell me the status of the package. Truck has been on jack stands for 2 weeks waiting patiently. Not likely to use this site again.

Not too impressed by their hurdles they put their customers through, paperwork wise, on core returns and part returns in general..... should not be this layered to do so.... customer service and instructions at this place is Very bland and vague... typical Yankees.... must be nice to run a business leaving your customers To fend for themselves....

Bought my Silky Saw from them. Got it fast and that saw is amazing. When I was looking at the Silky Saws I wasn't sure which one would be right for me. I do some trail maintenance for Evergreen East Bike Alliance here in Spokane and needed something that I could pack on my Mountain Bike. The owner, Bryan, responded to me directly as he is an avid Mountain Biker and has experience with these saws. He got me setup with the Big Boy Silky saw, it fits perfectly in my backpack and is large enough to take on some massive downed trees with ease. These guys are super helpful and got me what I needed, refreshing to have humans that actually care about their customers in this day and age.

I ordered an exhaust tip from these guys and after they process the money from my account but they did not send me a confirmation number of the stuff i ordered so i called and the lady that answered me was rude and transferred me to jennifer supposedly the manager and i left a voice mail and they never returned my call back im not buying from these guys again they just stole my money and couldn’t even help me out to figure out what happened with my order!!!
